About a week and half ago I went to COMPUTERMART (Hutchinson,KS) because my PS4 didn't turn on. Then, in a couple of hours they had "fixed" it and I checked it in their store. Then I played it for a couple of hours the next day (the only time I played it before I tried yesterday night). Today, I went to ask the technician to recheck it because it showed the same problem. She wanted to charge me again and I reminded them that they guaranteed the job for two weeks (written in the receipt). Then, she questioned me and said that she didn't trust me because I could do something with my PS4, I tried to reason with her and told her that for me it wasn't funny to go one and more times again to the same store for exactly the same problem. Well, she got annoyed and told me that if I wanted them to check the PS4 again she have to charge me and I frowned. She then simulated to take my console to tell me to go away and thay she doesn't want me again in the store. I told her not to worry, I won't go back. It goes to my nerves how some people are greedy, doesn't want to compromise to their own words, want to exploit people's ignorance, and doesn't know what "ethics" mean. Btw, I discovered what she did and I did it myself, very easy. Just look and compare tutorials an Google and YT.

Conrad had a shop on west Maple here in Wichita, I was needing my computer worked on, I saw the computer repair sign, I took a chance, needless to say it worked out. I still live in Wichita and take my computer to Hutchinson because when I get it back the problem is fixed and the price is reasonable. The first computer that Need A Geek built worked flawlessly until it was so old and that Window 11 was incompatible. The computer I'm using now is about a year old with zero problems, of course Conrad also built this computer. Everybody here in Wichita I recommended this store to makes the trip to Hutchinson for computer and phone repair.
