I was to be seen at 8:40 AM and I didn't even see the dr til 9:35-that's completely unacceptable and I came very close to walking out. The reason I didn't is because I'm moving and I won't be able to reschedule before my departure. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and sat and sat and sat and sat and sat some more. Woman after woman after woman after woman came in way after me THROUGH THE DOORS, filled out their paperwork & were promptly called back & seen well before me. I went up to the desk to ask and was told "there are 6 providers here today, they should be coming up to get you next". No apology, no acknowledgement about my wait-I even mentioned it to the medical assistant who didn't apologize either but was understanding. I was told my dr only had two rooms and she is a popular dr- WHY-just why???? I love my dr but waiting and wasting over an hour of my time is not ok. The dr visit itself was good because I love my dr. Unacceptable-completely unacceptable. The kicker is I schedule my appointments early to avoid paying the price for rude patients who come late and then I end up paying the price of waiting and waiting.

There is sometimes a wait upon arrival but I would expect that of any practice, likely because of people like me who have a lot of questions. Some of the doctors are warmer than others but it's all about fit. Be sure to cycle through everyone since you don't know who will be on call when you go into labor. I found Dr. Stoner to be incredible. I have been seeing her since 2015 with my first child and she was my go to with my second child in 2018. Dr. Stoner has been nothing but warm, supportive, and patient with me. I would come into every check-up with a long list of questions and never once felt rushed or misunderstood. I missed her shift for both of my deliveries but she checked in to see me after the births. I truly cannot recommend her more highly.

And when I went to have my child they didn't have the results of the test either. They also refused to see me when I was 40 weeks pregnant because there non-pregnant patients were concidered more important. The one new dr as well refused to check my progress ever, she didn't believe in it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. But there is one nurse there who is the sweetest thing in the world.

I have called over 10 times at both offices (e. Norriton/ Pottstown) and recorded multiple messages. I have been off my birth control for over a month because my doctor has not replied to multiply faxes requesting the approval for my refill from my pharmacy. He speaks plainly, explains every part of visits and procedures, and makes everything super comfortable. I cannot recommend him highly enough, particularly if you're concerned about endometriosis. He takes visits at Plymouth Meeting, Rosemont, and I believe KOP. He delivers and does surgery at Bryn Mawr hospital.
