Amazing food and service where the servers and host came to check on us multiple times throughout the meal! The environment is also great with nice lighting during the day and intimate ambiance at night. Would highly recommend to locals and hotel guests.

This is a beautiful restaurant at the Fairmont Sonoma mission inn. We tried their breakfast each day of our stay and absolutely loved it. Everyone from the hostess to our server were super friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and portions are huge. I loved their fresh pressed juices that changed daily.

We made a reservation for dinner during our week stay here, which was on a Tuesday. It wasn't very busy. Service was really good. We shared everything and they did not mind. We had plenty of time between courses and our waters were replenished. We shared a cocktail because we had been drinking wine all day. I wanted the sourdough bread. It was so good. I was not disappointed and I am a sourdough baker myself. I would recommend the bread. The tuna appetizer was really surprising. They pound the tuna really thin so it's one huge piece! It was a delicious carpaccio. I've never had it like that before. The salad was fresh and had a lot of interesting ingredients. Very lightly dressed. For dinner, I wasn't very hungry so we shared the dish. It was phenomenal. And my husband had the ice cream for dessert. The presentation of the ice cream wasn't over the top lol but again, it's just a seasonal ice cream. It was good. Everything was great. We would eat here again. I heard breakfast is amazing. It's nice to have a great hotel restaurant so you can have a chill evening during a very busy wine tasting week.

Relaxing atmosphere. Nice, attentive staff. Very curated menu selection that has something for everyone; vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, dare I say Keto?!... fruitarian. And CARB-ivores, like myself. They really did an excellent job, because the menu really isn't huge. I'd come back for sure

Breakfast at Sante is always a great start to the morning at Fairmont. Staff is always top notch and the breakfast always comes out exactly as you ordered. The banana bread is always a treat. Look forward to every visit here.

Had the pleasure of dining at Santé earlier this month to celebrate an anniversary. Service was impeccable and we were delighted to be greeted with sparkling wine to ring in this special occasion. We started off with the Local Halibut Crudo, beautifully plated and the perfect small bite. My husband raved about the Trout for his main dish. I ordered the pork chop which was perfectly cooked and paired well with the char and polenta. We finished the dinner with the lovely pineapple upside down cake. Bonus, because we stayed at the Inn, we had breakfast there in the morning. Highlights were the banana bread with espresso butter(yum!) and the bacon cheddar scone with jalapeño butter.

would 100% recommend sante's over and over i was able to have their dinner twice and breakfast 4 times during my weekend visit because that's how good it is firstly the steak and frites was a solid 8.5 the fat could use some more rendering but the quality was divine. i later had the truffle fries and i recommend you get the steak and frites but upgrade to truffle fries it also pairs with the truffle jus the last night i had to get the duck breast my boyfriend got it the first night and it was nearly perfect so i had to revisit it when i got mine it was perfect very rich and decadent and the skin was crisp for breakfast the omelette was your standard omelette very light and standard i loved their in house hot sauce def give that a try but the best breakfast was 100% the duck confit hash had it 3 times over the weekend very delicious on top of the great food the vibes were very lux and the staff was amazing

A culinary event. Sante at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa provides an exceptional culinary experience with a focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from regional producers. The attentive and personable service provided by Shea S., Forest, Johnathan, and Jeremy elevated the dining experience to a whole new level. From the delicious dishes to the warm hospitality and beautiful ambiance. Sante is a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking for a taste of Sonoma's finest offerings. Each dish is a masterpiece, skillfully crafted to perfection and presented like a culinary theater performance. We booked the ski chalets at Sonoma Mission Inn and had the best evening even on a super rainy day. The chalets were warm with the fire, very relaxing, and quiet since you are not near other guests. The fondue was incredible and the portions were HUGE, and we also had the fries and one of the flatbreads. Our server was so kind and made the experience very pleasant. I already want to go back!

We went for Taylor's birthday brunch and had a very nice meal. Breakfast dates are a go-to for us, but I wanted it to be something special, and Sante delivered! We sat on the all season patio overlooking the pool. It's a comfortable well appointed area with heaters available for chilly Sonoma mornings and nights. Both of our entrées were outstanding, drinks were crafted with care, and I can't wait for another special occasion to visit again! They also have special events and a hosted dinner for Thanksgiving.

Back in the day, Sante was what I considered to be peak Sonoma County fine dining. I loved the ambiance, attention to detail, quality of food, and service. I recall many very fond dining experiences here that I relish, especially the beef brownies, so when Restaurant Week 2023 started up, hubby and I made our reservation to come back. We had the wonderful opportunity to be their first diners, of the first dinner of the first day of their Restaurant Week. I picked that specifically because I wanted to see how things for them were when everything was fresh, all dishes in stock, and to see how they were at their best. We were seated in the corner with great lighting and I had a good view of the entire restaurant. For some reason, our table had crumbs on it, or some kind of grunge which was a weird first impression. As we sat, I looked up into the lighting fixtures and they had cobwebs, which was really disappointing for such a fine dining establishment. For the $55 dinner option for RW, I ordered the Carrots and Turnips appetizer, he opted for the Hamachi, and we both ordered a zero proof cocktail. Our drinks were probably the best part of the dining experience, really well crafted and delicious. My appetizer was well cooked & well seasoned, but his fish had a lot of connective tissue between the pieces of fish which made it challenging to eat. For entrees, I ordered the raviolis with mushrooms and he ordered the black cod. Our entrees were good but not to the level I was honestly expecting for Sante, compared to what I had in the past here. Desserts were even more of a let down, I was so excited about the brie ice cream with the pear tart, and he ordered the carrot cake. My ice cream tasted like a basic very creamy vanilla with no brie notes at all. The tart crust was dry and the pears were wilty and sad. His carrot cake was standard and not very remarkable. Service was really spotty. Our main server was a seasoned gentleman with wonderful dialogue, but he dropped silverware at multiple tables. His communication with his co-server/assistant was very strange, and he was giving the young guy glaring looks when he wasn't attentive at the right times throughout the night. Additionally, there were some strange dynamics with another table and a wine snafu about kosher wine, which was very loud, disruptive and distracting. Overall, I was honestly really disappointed in our experience here for RW. I had such high hopes to share my love of the Fairmont and my love of Sante with my better half, and what a better time than RW?! Unfortunately, however, our experience was much lower than I was expecting. I was sad that this was my better half's first Sante experience when I know historically things have been so much better in food flavors, cleanliness, service, and ambiance. Quite sad, and left me feeling deflated about this and it's history of such a shining gem in the past.

Arrived and our table was ready for us. We were sat outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide what to order. We ended up starting with the Banana bread with espresso peanut butter. Glad we did it was warm, soft inside and crispy outside. Plus, the butter just made the bread 10 times better. So much flavor and just the right hint of espresso. I got the bacon cheddar scones & gravy with scrambled eggs. The eggs were nice and fluffy and the gravy had a great flavor and creamy. The scone was good but I would of loved it a little softer not as crispy. Mimosa with Gloria Ferrer wine was delicious and did not have too much orange juice. Prices are a little higher, but we expected that since it is a inside an expensive hotel.

The restaurant is beAutiful. I just found the service and food basic for The resort. You spend a lot of money but dining is blah ......... We had breakfast there last weekend during our stay. It was super cold outside and I asked if the heater could be moved closer to me. The server acknowledged my request but No one moved it. The servers were nice but went missing. The apple cider was delicious. The breakfast potatoes were plain and lacked seasoning. My egg whites had no flavor. The bacon was decent. The room service was good and the staff set up the food in front of the fireplace. I ordered a salad the first nice. The best part is when I arrived, room service had chocolate covered strawberries with a nice note arranged for me.

Yesterday was a low key chill day, and we needed a place to just relax and begin to let go of all the stress. The girl and the fig was just right. We showed up, no previous reservation made,we showed up during their peak hours and they managed to seat us within 5 mins perfectly were we requested. Perfect ambiance to sit, drink, eat and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We started with The Morel mushroom tartare, which is morel mushrooms, with an egg, shallots and chives oil over a perfectly well toasted sourdough. Delicious! The steak tartare did not disappoint either. Great balance of flavor between the two. The mushroom earthy flavors along with a light hint of pesto from the morel tartare really balanced out the richness from the steak tartare. The pickled figs served with in the steak tartare really called my attention as they were delicious as well. That was my first having pickled figs :) The salad was delicious, I am a sucker for cheese and the perfectly ripe figs along with the chèvre cheese truly hit the spot. The wild flounder pouched was the wild surprise! I love a restaurant that preps their seafood just right. I love seafood! And I do not like it when it's over cooked. This dish did not disappoint! It was so rich and delicious. Flaky yet nicely seared on one side full of that citrus flavors along which just enhances fish's flavor once it hits the taste buds! Otherwise, it felt bright and cheery! For food, I ordered the fig & arugula salad and the smoked salmon. The salad was a great portion size for a meal (or to share as a side), it was perfectly dressed, and the toppings were proportional & balanced. One of the better salads I've had out! The smoked salmon was good but nothing to write home about. Their house chips are nice and thick, which I like, but a little too salty for me. I'd like to come back up to try the mussels, duck or some other entree next time I'm in the area, though I probably wouldn't go out of my way.

So crispy that when I used a fork to loosen some meat on my drumstick, the skin retained its form (see photo of hollow chicken skin with bone inside and no meat). The flavor was terrific; chicken was juicy!! And the portions - it was legit, full chicken leg; larger than what you see in most grocery stores, let alone restaurants. None of those teeny drum-ettes you get in bars. The cheese corn dog is just that - cheese. No meat. The crust is excellent, the melted cheese ooooozes. Yummy! The cinnamon coated dessert is great; much like the famous cinnamon bun chain but better. The place is loud! We're only a few people in restaurant but two of them were rambunctious children and their screeches echoed off the hard walls. Wait staff very friendly. It's not fast; it takes a while to cook that chicken fully without it getting dry.

The fact that she wanted come back was an indicator that this restaurant would be a good experience as Mom has very high standards. According to Anthony Bourdain, "A bouchon is a uniquely Lyonnaise institution, a casual, laid-back kind of a pub/bistro with a limited, usually old-school menu and always, always an unpretentious vibe. People come here to unwind, to relax, and to eat with abandon." Bouchon is chef Thomas Keller's (The French Laundry) heartfelt homage to the traditional French bistro in Napa Valley's charming 1.5 square mile town of Yountville. Located across the street from V Marketplace on Washington Street, we easily found free parking in the lot adjacent to the market. The restaurant is housed in a cozy red building that sits right next door to its sibling bakery. Decorated with whites, reds and marble tones, the velvet banquette seating and polished brass accents pop out through the wood furnishings and mosaic floor design. Upon entry, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The place was buzzing with almost every table occupied in the tightly-seated dining room. The seasons dictate what's on offer at Bouchon. The menu features a variety of traditional French dishes that perfectly highlight the essence of bistro dining. Upon seating, we were served a complimentary ramekin of pistachios alongside some butter and pain d'épi, the classic "stalk of wheat" variation on the classic baguette. Below are what we ordered: Escargots de Bourgogne ($19.75) - Six Burgundy snails cooked in parsley-garlic butter, each topped with Bouchon Bakery's puff pastry, were all absolute perfection, as expected. Soupe à l'Oignon ($19.75) - A true test of a French bistro is its French onion soup, and Bouchon's comforting, piping hot bowl of caramelized sweet onions, savoury beef jus, topped with country bread and melted Comté cheese, did not disappoint. Served in a proper vessel? Yes. Baked with a toasted baguette slice and ooey, gooey cheese topper? Check. The flavour of the soup base was also richly robust. I couldn't decide between the Saumon Poêlé ($38.00) and the Steak Frites ($47.50). Since our waiter said that I could have a side of the sauce au poivre from the Poitrine de Boeuf au Poivre ($45.00) with the Steak Frites, I had to go this route as it's one of my favourites. No regrets at all on my choice; I savoured every bite of the delicious pan-seared prime flat iron steak topped with maitre d'hôtel butter and side of crispy French fries. The additional sauce au poivre was the cherry on top. Steak Frites truly is the quintessential bistro entrée and Bouchon's was excellent. Service was great. As a sweet birthday gift, Mom was given a pack of chocolate brownies, served on a plate alongside a lit candle to blow and make a wish. Dinner was remarkable. I'm not surprised that Mom chose to return here for her birthday dinner. I loved Bouchon so much that it's now my favourite restaurant in Napa Valley. Yes, I was able to decide this from my first visit. I most definitely will return. It's a must!

We started with the Brussels sprouts, which were soft and flavorful, though I personally prefer them a bit crispier. Similar to the carbonara, the added lemon flavor took away from the dish for me and overpowered some of the other flavors that would have otherwise shined. The arancini was excellent with a perfect ratio of rice to filling and an incredible cheese pull that made it a standout appetizer. However, our favorite starter, and arguably our favorite dish of the meal, was the Wagyu meatballs. They were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and paired with a sauce that was absolutely incredible. In fact, they were one of the best things we ate during our entire trip to Napa. I would highly recommend stopping in just to order the meatballs. I was especially excited for the fish, but unfortunately the combination of the salt block and caviar made the dish overwhelmingly salty for my taste. We truly came for the carbonara and were disappointed that it did not live up to our expectations. There were so many elements that would have made it a perfect dish. The pasta was cooked beautifully, the sauce was rich, and the guanciale was perfectly prepared. However, an added citrus or lemon flavor overpowered the classic flavors we were hoping for and took away from what otherwise could have been an outstanding carbonara. The star of the meal was the Raviolo. Between the egg yolk, truffles, brown butter, and the rich filling, every bite was exceptional. It was easily one of the best ravioli dishes I've ever had and a dish I would return for without hesitation. Even the bread service was memorable. The Parmesan and garlic accompaniment was absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal from the very beginning. While not every dish was a perfect fit for our preferences, the atmosphere, service, and standout dishes made Bottega a memorable stop in Napa. The Raviolo and Wagyu meatballs alone are worth ordering and are dishes we will be thinking about long after the trip is over.

Would not give us the front desk even though we asked. We ended up leaving a message about our reservation change. The menu hasn't changed in years but the prices have sky rocketed. Two mains, bread, and one coke came to $100. These were dishes they've been serving for literal years. The dining room was cold. In fact, freezing. Our table was uneven and constantly tipped. We had to ask for water refills, a pet peeve of mine. The place was almost empty and I know why. Breaks my heart to see a favorite place just give up on trying.

The dessert course was particularly impressive and decadent. They also packed a mean take-home bag with many dessert treats for later. Their pastry chef is killing it! 4 stars instead of 5, because I expect a little more wow factor from a 3-Star Michelin restaurant, having been to many that knocked my socks off. The food here is a bit traditional and mainstream now (though I understand it was avant garde back in the 1990s). I felt that they're just coasting on this historic reputation. An example was the oyster and pearls, a signature dish. This was a divisive dish - half of our table liked it (tastes like boba!), and half hated it (including me!). I was expecting at least a whole oyster but maybe each person only got 1/4 of a small one chopped up into little pieces.

The restaurant is intimate and polished, but what stood out most to me was how elegant everything felt without ever becoming stiff or overly formal. It was refined, creative, and clearly very intentional, but still deeply enjoyable to eat. The meal opened with a wild chamomile milk punch that was floral, silky, and so refreshing. It set the tone right away. From there, each course felt carefully composed, with flavors that were layered, balanced, and often surprisingly memorable. The spiny lobster "roll" croustade was such a fun and delicious bite, with sweet lobster tucked into a crisp shell and a brain emulsion that added a rich briny depth. The venison tart was earthy and delicate, and serving it on antlers made the presentation feel dramatic and playful at the same time. The duck liver and key lime pie was one of the most unexpected combinations of the night, but it worked beautifully, rich and silky with just enough brightness to keep it lifted. Even the fermented rutabaga bread pudding with 100-year balsamic was intriguing in the best way, savory, gently funky, and deepened by that concentrated sweetness. I also loved how strong the seafood courses were. The amberjack with quince, shiso, pluot, peashell, and agave felt clean, delicate, and very precise, with each element bringing its own kind of freshness. The Miyagi oyster was bright and refreshing, with wasabi and passionfruit adding a lively kick. One of the most creative dishes of the night was the clam "chowder" custard, essentially a silky chawanmushi topped with clam chowder, caviar, white asparagus, and aged pork. It was luxurious, comforting, and so thoughtfully done. The 60-day dry-aged tuna belly rice bowl was another standout, rich and buttery, but balanced with passion fruit, peach, and citrus so it never felt heavy. The meat courses were just as memorable. The Wolfe Ranch quail was deeply savory and aromatic, with grilled rose and burnt citrus giving it a beautiful lift, and the tortellini brodo alongside it added warmth and a comforting depth that made the whole course feel especially complete. The Masami Ranch beef course brought so much dimension, from fermented pepper and carrot to charcuterie and a magnolia-smoked rib, with each bite feeling more savory and layered than the last. By the time dessert arrived, the kitchen still had not lost its momentum. The dessert presentation was beautiful and exceptional, and the final courses felt elegant, detailed, and fully in line with the rest of the meal. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Service throughout the evening was polished, attentive, and gracious, and the pacing gave each course room to shine. Enclos feels like a restaurant with a very clear point of view. It was beautiful, thoughtful, and genuinely delicious from start to finish. For a special occasion or a destination-worthy dinner in Sonoma, Enclos is absolutely worth experiencing.
