Over the weekend He did research on what chemical to use for treating the mold that wouldn't be harmful for my son, showed up on Tuesday removed all the material that had the mold, sprayed the inside walls down, and put a new wall back making it look like it had hardly even been touched. I tried calling like 15 to 20 times before I was able to get someone to answer the phone, the woman that answered said she didn't know anything about it and transferred me to someone else. The second person I talked to said that the float was stuck and that was the problem so not sure what the problem was if any when the service guy said he couldn't find a problem. The service fee was $250 and not sure if anything was even wrong but she said that is the charge even if nothing is done!

My roof was severely damaged by Hurricane Milton in Oct 2024. After insurance delays were finally resolved and over $28K was paid out (plus a later supplement), the remainder of the delays were 100% Evergreen's fault. They admitted internally that they "dropped the ball" and failed to submit required documents. I have been more than reasonable, but after asking for any goodwill compensation for the extra stress and time, leadership has refused to engage. Worse--they won't even schedule the final repairs unless they get more money first, despite the fact that the delays and additional costs are due to their own errors. It's now June 2025--8 months after the storm--and I am still waiting for a complete roof. Darryl has done his best and has always been professional. Unfortunately, the leadership team is where this experience fell apart. If you choose Evergreen, be prepared for poor accountability at the top. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
