He is very excited about learning now. All he talks about are his letters and numbers. I'm amazed. Keep up the Great Work!

My daughter received a "time out" at lunch for eating the food that I prepared for her. I put meat, chips, and fruit in her lunch because she is a very picky eater when not at home. She ate her chips first and her teacher, Ms. Julia, gave her a time out for not eating her meat first. She called it "tough love". I was at work and would periodically check the cameras to see how my daughter's first day was going. I actually saw my daughter sitting on the floor in the middle of the room while the other kids were sitting in their chairs eating. The teachers had to walk around her. I understand disciplining a child but disciplining a child for eating their lunch that their parent prepared for them is ridiculous. I remember picking up my daughter from school her first day and she was so upset that she received a time out on her first day of preschool. She would cry and cry whenever we had to drop her off at Hoops because she told me that she was scared of her teacher. The second incident happened when I was told by Nate that he overheard the teacher telling my daughter not to touch herself when she was on the toilet. I was horrified and knew that I needed to have a conversation with my daughter. Well, a couple hours later I received a phone call from Nate saying that he was so sorry because he was wrong. He said that he talked to her teacher and that she was NOT touching herself but scratching her arm. Seriously COMPLETELY different than what I was freaking out about! You would think that he would have asked the teacher about it before making any assumptions. The last incident made me pull my daughter from Hoops. I went to Target with my daughter whom was 3 years old at the time. She threw a fit as we were walking out of Target. One of the Hoops teacher's saw her crying when we were walking to the car, and mentioned it to her teacher, Ms. Julia. Even though I have NO idea why it is any of their business when I am out with my child at the store. The next day, I went to go pick up my daughter from Hoops. I asked Ms. Julia how my daughter was for the day. She replied good but then brought up about how she heard my daughter had a fit at the store last night. I was literally taken back by this! First, why would that be any of her business. She wasn't there, so why would she think it was her business to bring up? Also, she doesn't know what happened. I replied to her and told her yes of course I knew because I was right there! The point is that I shouldn't have to defend my parenting when I took care of the situation and she had NO idea what happened. It was completely inappropriate of her. My daughter cried for literally one minute, and then was over it! After this incident, It made me feel like I couldn't relax and breathe when out and about at the store. Do I have to look over my shoulder 24/7 to see if there is a Hoop's teacher there? It was NONE of their business. Whenever my daughter's teacher was gone, we never had any issues. The other teachers would tell me how respectful my daughter was. She would get "10's" written on her hand when she was in their classroom. One day another teacher wrote a "10" on my daughter's hand, but Ms. Julia crossed it out and marked it down to an "8". It was ridiculous how much "tough love" she thought she was giving. It's sad because I really think that we would have enjoyed Hoops if we wouldn't of had that teacher. I enjoyed the crafts that they did, and all of the hands on activities, but I just couldn't stand the "tough love" when it was completely too much. Her expectations are completely unrealistic for 2-3 year olds. My mother picked up my daughter one day, and asked her teacher how my daughter was for the day. Her teacher replied that she was good but just a little fidgety during assembly. My mother replied, "so she was being a kid?" These incidents with the preschool teacher gave me so much anxiety towards school in general. I was so scared that all schools were going to be like this teacher. I am happy to say that my daughter is in 1st grade and we have NEVER had one single issue with her teachers. She had an amazing Kindergarten teacher, and 1st grade teacher. It makes a world of a difference when your child has a GOOD teacher!

My son started at Little Einstein at 9 months old, which was 4 years ago. My daughter started at 5 months old, 2 years ago. Carolina and her family are truly amazing. She genuinely cares about each child and creates a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. It's clear that they take the time to get to know each child's personality and help them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. She has taught my kids so many things to prepare them for school and life. She is so sweet and kind. She makes all home cooked healthy meals for the kids that my children rave about. They throw special parties for birthdays and holidays. She is always doing fun crafts that I cherish. My children are treated like part of her family in her beautiful home. We have been so happy with Little Einstein that we had our friend's son join as well. As parents, there is no better feeling than dropping your children off knowing they are happy, well cared for, and excited to be there. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Little Einstein and highly recommend them to any family looking for a daycare that feels like an extension of home.

We've been with Ms. Carolina for the past two years, and I'm so thankful for the care she has given my daughter. When my daughter was around 20 months old, she went through a stage where she didn't want to eat, drink, or play much. Ms. Carolina kept me updated every day, and we worked together to help her through it. Thankfully, it didn't last long, and now she's eating and drinking well again. I also love that Ms. Carolina cooks fresh meals every day and makes sure the kids drink plenty of water, especially during the hot weather. My daughter was also potty trained at daycare when she was a little over 2 years old, which was a huge help for us. As a full-time working parent, having a daycare I can trust has been such a relief. Ms. Carolina has also been very flexible with early drop-offs and late pick-ups when I needed them, and I really appreciate that. I definitely recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, reliable, and loving place for their child. We're so grateful for everything Ms. Carolina has done for our daughter.
