Santa Lucia is an interesting place. They are all so beautiful inside and generally have a really nice ambiance. The food is alright, nothing terribly special but also not bad by any means, and the prices are in general, not bad. We had a particularly fun time here because the world cup was on and we had no idea where to go. Lo and behold the restaurant was almost empty and they had a massive TV next to some tables. Yaaaaaay! Our waiter was fun, the pizza was good, and the company was great. read more

Good food and great atmosphere at reasonable prices. The pizzas had excellent consistency although in my opinion the ingredients could use a little more flavor. Each individual pizza costs about 20 CHF. The Stracciatella ice cream was very good and definitely the highlight of our meal. The ice cream was softer than normal and very flavorful. I recommend skipping espresso, which frankly tasted like flavorless drip coffee. As for drinks, they have decent house wine for about 6.5 CHF per glass. Altogether, we paid about 45 CHF per person including two drinks and dessert. To me, this is basically a bargain for a decent restaurant in Switzerland. read more

Auf dem Heimweg von der Arbeit lege ich im Santa Lucia gerne mal eine Pause ein und geniesse das italienische Essen und Ambiente dort. Auch die Mitarbeiter vermitteln einen Hauch Süden durch ihre zuvorkommende und warme Art. Das Essen schmeckt auch immer, überwiegend esse ich verschiedene Pizzen, gerne aber auch mal Pastagerichte, bislang immer zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Da ist auch der etwas hohe Preis durch Qualität und zentrale Lage gerechtfertigt. read more

Ich war am Sonntag mit einem Freund im Lokal. Leider war die Calzone recht gewöhnlich, der Teig war oben schwarz verbrannt, dafür auf der Seite nicht durch, die Pizza schwamm in der Pestosauce, dafür fehlte die Tomatensauce Die Bedienung war langsam, schnippisch und recht unfreundlich. Der Lärmpegel war recht hoch. Weshalb sollte ich das Lokall in einer Stadt, wo es so viele sympathische Kneipen gibt, nochmals besuchen? read more
