I cannot recommend this place. They were not dog-friendly and would not even accept a service dog…read morefor a disabled person. They refused to show us the places they had scheduled when we showed up with the disabled person and the service dog. One could call that discrimination. Definitely not dog friendly at all. They didn't have to be rude about it but they were, despite remaining professional. The day prior, while I was sitting across from the owner (older guy) at his desk in the midst of being assisted, he accepted multiple phonecalls, during one of which he was arguing loudly on the phone with the caller. I found it discourteous, disrespectful and unprofessional separate and apart from the rejection of the dog.

Back in March 2015 I signed a contract with them to try and sell my property located in a nearby town, a very popular tourist hotspot, and, even though I was totally aware of the bad current situation of the property market, I trusted the agency's owner Mr. Ruggiero who told me they are very experienced, the've been in the business for many years and they are different from other realtors, because they stand out and that he was confident he would have organized visits to my flat if I was prepared to put the price down, which I did right at the beginning of the summer. Even though from Easter this area of the Puglia region gets very busy with tourists from all over the world and it has become one of the top destinations in the last 3 years or so, I started being worried because already 3 months had gone with no interest shown whatsoever. I called Mr. Ruggiero a couple of times during office hours on his work mobile phone and he asked me not to call him anymore, basically no to bother him; alternatively I would have expect an update from his secretary every couple of weeks. After just one missed call I received from the office a few days later, to date I never heard from them. Mr. Ruggiero didn't even answer my text messages nor my emails. Not only no service was provided, not a single property vision organized, Sweet homes did not advertise my flat in any way, no social media used, no main websites and dedicated search engines. My big concern is not the fact Sweet homes wasn't able to sell my property (they could use many excuses, first of all the property market situations, the credit crunch, etc. etc.), I am deeply disappointed that in nearly 10 months Mr. Ruggiero and his team did absolutely nothing! I do understand no commission was due to the agency (only in the event of a final sale), but their service was appalling and for me it was a complete waist of time. they cannot do their job and I would never ever recommend this real estate!!
