Fresh and unique seafood, true to their motto, makes for an amazing dining experience. The menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. They have seven tables outside for night seating But plenty of seating inside.
The genovese beef pasta Neapolitan sauce has a lot more sweet onion than beef, but the beef is soft and tender. It has an oil base, so it's not saucy, typical of Italian style. The pasta is cooked al dente.
The Mediterranean-style octopus is beautifully plated with sun-dried tomatoes. Each piece of squid is topped with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are a bit cold, but the flavors are great. There's plenty of protein in this dish, and it's cooked nicely so it doesn't taste like rubber.
The lemon tiramisu is just the right amount of tart and sweetness, with a bit of crunch from the white chocolate on top. I'll try their regular tiramisu next.
The wine selection is great for bottles, but they also have a few wines per glass. I was amazed to find the Taurasi reserve wine (€40)!!
The service is a tad slow, but it's normal for Italy. The waitresses are helpful, speak English, and are super kind. Remember that you have to go inside to pay.
