They are located in South Natomas, on Northgate Blvd., in the same plaza as Jack's Donut Wheel (in the back area). I've only been here twice and each experience was quick and simple. First, make sure your plastic, aluminum, and glass are separated. Put each type of recyclable in its own grey garbage can. I B Recycling staff weighs the garbage cans and another worker writes down the weight and calculates the amount owed. After you sign on the sheet, she gives you cash for your recyclables! It's that simple! They are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, but they close for lunch from 12pm-1pm. Do not bring glass to be recycled after 5:00pm. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was initially referred here by another recycling center that had unreliable hours. So far, I B Recycling has been reliable with their stated hours. They were even open on Indigenous People's Day, when the banks were closed. Tip - the mini Yakult plastic bottles (#61) receive the highest return, $5.01/lb! Also, the money they offer for glass bottles can be a little more than some other recycling centers.

Lines move quickly when your items are good to go. I come separated so it's easy for me to move in and out. My old place started falling off and being closed randomly. So far the last 2 years i have been coming they have been open when said and they update the hours if needed. Location has Parking spots on the side of the donut building or behind has another entrance. They do accept glass here too just not after 5:00pm. They have lunch between 12:00 - 1:00pm. Go green and recycle and get some green back in your pocket.

The cashiers are polite -- as for driving up and dumping your trash, just wait to get instructions from the workers at the different posts and you will be okay. The best time to dump your trash is later in the day after all the city garbage trucks go home.

I was pretty sure I couldn't put it in the trash and I was right- you absolutely cannot do that. Turns out you can take up to 15 gallons of household hazardous waste to this waste station for free every month- how cool is that! To further enhance this experience, they are open on Saturday. Heck ya! We spent the first half of the morning, doing some minimal garage, cleanup, loaded up my car and drove out there . It was really easy to follow the signs and drive into the hazardous household waste area. I would say I was there for about two minutes total. As soon as I drove up, three people came up to unloaded the back of my car the third came to my window and document in my drivers license. All three were incredibly kind! The man even shook my husband's hand when he said thank you - so refreshing to see nice people out in public. We were only able to leave them with 15 cans, but they gave us a brochure that details three other locations we could take it to that also allow us to dispose of 15 cans per month free of charge. Pretty amazing deal.
