Didn't call us to tell us he was going early, just buried her!!!!! How unbelievably disrespectful that he robbed us of the closure we needed. It makes me sad that my gram was just buried in a hole with none of her family present. Don't trust this business with your loved ones.

I've been trying to deal with them over almost 10 months with my mothers memorial plaque. We already had paid to have it re-done once. They admitted that it was part of a "bad batch" that had more copper in it than the usual bronze. Believe me it wasn't cheap. They have blamed each other and come up with so many different reasons they haven't re- done it this time it is unreal. They agreed to do it this time for free many months ago. The office staff blames each other and they get extremely rude when you call them on it. The roads in the cemetery are not kept up. Watch the pot holes!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one.

Statues and flags decorate the various areas of sections of cemetery. This is a place that I would consider being laid to rest, it's that special. They have a crematorium and mausoleum on the premises and a variety of packages to choose from in making future preparations. The sales vary and they have plenty of areas to clear land for more well kept gravesites which was the vision of the original owner that bought the acres when he immigrated from Italy.

It's horribly stressful, for me, when something breaks down - 1) I know nothing about the inner…read moreworkings of my car, kitchen sink, washer and dryer (just to name a few) 2) There's been more than one time I felt like I was being taken for a ride. Recently my basement was flooded with at least 12" of water. My washer and dryer just happened to be in the basement. I contacted the first repair person recommended to me. The unnamed (for now) repair service persons (2) spent no more than 10 minutes in my basement. I was charged approximately $85 including tax and given an invoice that states "multiple components need replaced". They insinuated my appliances were inoperable. JRF Appliance Parts & Repair was the second repair services that came out. I needed a second opinion. The repair person actually examined and cleaned the innards of my washer and dryer. He told me the dryer was good to go. The washer's motor "might" give out someday and need replaced but it works, too. He wrote out detailed invoices for each appliance with information about the parts affected and how much each would cost just in case I wanted to replace anything. He charged $270 to come out and do what he did today. Both repair services gave me an estimate of $600 on parts for each appliance. Thanks to the honesty and professionalism of JRF Appliance, I have my washer and dryer back AND i haven't been taken to the cleaner's.
