We had a fantastic experience at Santorini's in Mt. Juliet! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and really knew the menu inside and out. Service was smooth and attentive throughout our visit. We started with the hummus, which came with fried naan--absolutely delicious and a great way to kick things off. The tea was fresh, and the fresh strawberry juice was divine. You could literally hear them juicing it in the back after ordering, which made it feel even more special--definitely a must-try! For entrees, we tried a variety of dishes. The pork ribs were very tender and well-seasoned, though they leaned more toward a Southern style rather than a Mediterranean herb flavor. Still very good! The Chicken Shawarma Plate was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and both dishes came with incredibly tasty rice that really stood out. The Crazy Burger was HUGE and cooked and seasoned to perfection--definitely come hungry if you order that one. We also got a to-go recommendation from our server: the Santorini's Mixed Grill (lamb chops, beef kabob, chicken kabob, and kofta). WOW--he was absolutely right. It reheated beautifully, and everything was outstanding. The lamb chops were perfection, the beef was excellent, and the kofta seasoning was spectacular. Portions are massive--easily two meals per dish--so you definitely get your money's worth. We left full and already talking about coming back. What a great meal we had at Santorini's! We were traveling and spent a night in the area and searched for Mediterranean food and we saw their menu had everything we enjoy. When we arrived we were immediately seated. The seating was good and the noise was minimal. We ordered the grape leaves and they were so good and the sauce went perfectly with them. We the ordered our entrees. I had the gyro plate and my wife had the chicken shawarma plate. Great portions and were seasoned perfectly! This is a family owned business and they all worked hard to make sure we were happy. I only wish we lived closer to go back! read more

Excellent portion and fresh quality. The chicken swarma was super tender with an extremely mild, light flavor to it. The sauces also were very subtle flavor. I would have preferred a bit more kick in that regard. The golden falafel bites are smaller and a nice compliment to the meal. Very friendly staff. Did a DoorDash pickup here for our extended family based on a friend's recommendation -- and loved everything! We got the Family Meal for 6, Baba Ghanoush and Baklava, and it was all super delicious. The Family Meal for 6 has very generous portions. My favorite was the beef kabobs, but it was all so good. Service was nice and friendly. The guy behind the counter even when out of his way to ask me to come back when he realized he forgot to give my pita bread. The food is O-K. Some things are too salty. It's tough. They have some strong potential, however, the service is extremely, extremely slow. Also, having been a few different occasions, sometimes they are BLASTING music, probably to enjoy back in the kitchen, but it was too loud for the main area. Great experience ! Went for lunch; wife got Greek salad (huge) and lentil soup (huge). Soup was "twice the size" of a nearby Greek place, and "better soup". She loved both. I got the shwarma and fries, and an iced tea. Fries look like frozen; maybe not. Sandwich was 8/10. For both of us before tax - $34. Not bad for what you get. Service wonderful. Our server was super overwhelmed do to a huge wave of people (good sign already) but he handled it like a champ! The wait was longer because of the amount of people there so they gave us free appetizers! Great business, great server, and most importantly greater FOOD. We happened upon Santorinis by 'accident'. I am so glad we did!!! I spent five years in Adana, Turkey. The Adana kebab brought tears to my eyes it was so good!! It brought me back to the little roadside cafe in Adana where we would eat. The BEST Turkish food I have had stateside by far. The service was amazing also. You will not be disappointed.
