Leslie asked how she could help, what was it I wanted her to do and then listened intently. I was then able to establish a priority list and an action plan. Leslie suggested creative ideas as to how I can generate income with the skills and interests I have right now. I was then challenged to research the agreed upon ideas thoroughly and organize a plan of action. One week later through 4 contacts; 2 personal, an online site, and a referral, I now have part time work in the pipeline. The additional side gig ideas will be researched and organized one by one and through trial and error, I will find which one is the best fit. I have several other entities helping me. All of them were impressed with the sudden forward movement. They welcomed Leslie to the team. I couldn't be more grateful. I am beginning to see the light at the end of my tunnel. He loves working with small businesses and he actually spends time helping you organize your numbers, process, and thoughts (his company can also help you with business plans). He charges monthly, not hourly, so I always feel like I can call or email him without racking up a bill. I am one of his smallest clients (he is the CFO for Metropolitan Bakery, among others) and feel like I get fantastic customer service. Basically, I just really, really trust him and that's after going through 4 CPAs, 1 financial advisor, and 2 bookkeepers in the last 5 years. When you're having someone deal with something as personal as your very own business, you understand how important it is to truly trust the guy who manages the numbers. Stopped in during the grand opening on 6/28 and love what's happening in this new shop right off of…read moreLancaster Ave. The owner, Mystic Lor, has done a great job designing the space. There are retro relics and amazing antiques throughout the building, with a couple cozy nooks for readings and such. The rear opens up onto a nice outdoor courtyard and I'm anxious to see what happens there. The grand opening was nice with snacks and beverages as well as live music. Lor was happy to give everyone a tour of the space and to go over the services she offers. I'm forgetting a few but these are some of the readings...coffee cup, palm and runes. She also does guidance consults and sells various floral "wands" that she enchants. I got the Sage Wand, enchanted for "light", meant to drive out darkness. They come with instructions on how to properly use them. Mystic Lor clearly loves what she does and is proud of her new shop and the services she offers. If you need a mystic or some general guidance, stop in and check out this great new shop in the heart of Ardmore!
