Visiting Italy and thinking to buy my daughter some gifts from Lush, her favorite bath bomb store…read more The store staff was very helpful and I picked 3 items and waited to pay. The two cashiers served their customers but ignored me even I was the only person waiting in front of the cash counter. They looked at me and both pretended to talk to another staff who appeared to be the supervisor. I don't understand Italian and was standing about 4-5 feet away from the cash counter and therefore didn't hear what they were talking about. But they stared at me then turned their heads away. Their facial expression looked disgusted. I felt humiliated because apparently they discriminated me for being a Chinese! I put the basket down and walked out the store. Just want to alert people of this unprofessional attitude from 3 Lush staff in the Duomo area. The star was to give to the helpful staff who gave her suggestions to me.
