What a great place!! They make a variety of fresh pastas using only Sardinian ingredients. You can find Seadas, Gnocchetti Sardi, different kinds of Ravioli and Bucatini. Everything is made fresh multiple times per week. You can get the pasta fresh or frozen to take home. I was very happy that they also have gluten free pasta options that I am bringing back to USA.
