If you have a BMW or Mercedes, Mini or Smart car, or any other car for that matter, you can do a lot worse than bringing it here for your servicing. You are welcomed, you are valued and the prices are good. The real difference is attitude and customer care. This morning I opened my tailgate for the first time since my service earlier this week, I spotted a bottle of windscreen water. It was branded Bmerc and such a small thing but small enough to give you a flavour of what these guys are about, customers! I even called Paul to tell him how pleased I was at the gesture. A small bottle of branded product from a specialist! Unheard of. Both my sons have nearly new Mercs and you have probably gathered, this is where they will be looked after.
