Rear bumper and side door and wing were to be repaired, they kept in contact all way through - fair enough, but when I received my car, it was absolutely filthy inside, looked like my car had been used as a jolly ride to eat in, the POLO sign wasn't even put back on and when I asked the driver why this isn't put on he said ' does it matter', no care in the world, but expected as he's just a driver. Told him take the car back and clean it thoroughly and put the sign back, car came back next day, seemed fine but now another problem, several marks on the driver door panel, looked to be smashed against something, driver again completely useless, so I said give my car back I don't want it wasting mileage and my fuel going all the way to slough and back. don't use this crap garage, absolute shit customer service in terms of giving the customers car back filthy and disgusting and no professionalism and care from staff

All diagnosed various faults, non of which convinced me. Mo's investigation was very in depth and he was able to successfully identify the problem with my vehicle. He ordered the parts and repaired my car within a few hours, on the same day using genuine Mercedes parts. The cost, a fraction of the price quoted by other mechanics. I recommend him 100%. Mo's Garage is not typical of most garages, full of cars waiting to be repaired. He provides a personal service, by appointment. This provided the opportunity for me to discuss the issues with my vehicle and build a rapport with Mo. I am so happy to have found a reliable, trustworthy efficient Mercedes mechanic. Gilbert Motors are reliable guys. They genuinely do good work, at standard prices for mechanic…read morework. They will usually offer you a reconditioned part if it will save you money, which has saved me a fortune over the years. They do MOTs while you wait but it's worth going on a weekday as there is always a big queue on Saturdays. They will take your car in without prior notice, but be warned if you don't ring to book in first then you may find yourself wating a long time, as they are quite popular and get busy. If possible get someone to pick you up and bring you back later as they don't have a waiting room (although there is a loo you can use if you're feeling brave). They are good at what they do and don't try to rip you off - just what you need from a mechanic.
