Brief list of examples: she often took up to a week to return phone call from the bride, she double booked the bride on more than one occasion for important appointments, she was rude to the church clergy and neglected to properly arrange bride and groom's limo from the church to the reception so they ended up riding the shuttle bus with the guests. If you are looking for someone with attention to detail, this is not the planner for you.

I met with Ali and we talked about my ideas and what I liked and didn't like. She translated my views perfectly. I went in for a sample of my centerpieces and she was very accommodating to some tweaks I had. She even emailed me pictures of the bouquets the day before the wedding and again I gave some feedback and when they arrived on the day of they were gorgeous! I loved my flowers and got so many compliments as to how beautiful they were. The church flowers were stunning; I couldn't have imagined anything better. All in all they were wonderful to work with and provided me with amazing flowers that contributed to making our wedding an event!

They showed us examples of "their work" on their ipad and something seemed fishy as they weren't professional at all (didn't take any information, didn't give us any brochures, no business cards). We went home and looked at their website and the photos they showed us, we did a reverse google image search on the images and each one of them originated from another website. One room they specifically showed us to show how they could transform a dingy space into something nice turned out to be from a tenting company in LA. Every piece of text on their website happened to be lifted from other websites as well (they have since redone their website it seems). It looked like every account on theknot that supported them happened to be accounts made by them as they all happened to use the same lingo. Approach with caution. UPDATE: I wrote this review awhile ago and never posted it, yelp reminded me I had an unfinished review. I took a peek and noticed their website no longer exists and their facebook hasn't been updated in 7 months. Again, approach with extreme caution.

He made what i wanted captured for the day of my wedding easy and my mind at ease! when they arrived to the hotel they actually got there earlier than expected so i was still getting ready with make up and hair. so instead they didnt wait around they said can we borrow your dress veil, flowers jewelry shoes so we can take some photos. i said go for it so being in an unfamiliar hotel they made the best of it and actually took pillow covers off the pillows to create white back drops for items.talk about improvising. once they got all their shots between Chris and Kenny (did video) i felt like i was a celebrity for a moment, make up and hair getting done with cameras all around.. way to make a girl feel grand and important! as the day progressed they arrived at the venue earlier then when i got there so they took any photos or videos necessary of the venue itself that they wanted to capture. my husband and i did our reveal prior to the mini ceremony because i wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. Bridgeview has this beautiful pier that we walk out onto and they really took their time setting up the shot between video and photography. what seemed like it took forever i am certain turned out perfect. i made sure immediate family photos were taken care of prior to my ceremony because once the ceremony happens we all know hunting down people to take a photo is always a challenge as the night went out the photographers were nearby and always professional. they would even get me water if i needed it truly A+ guys here. after the wedding i had to ask Chris if i could get just a couple of unedited photos because i am having my bouquet specially preserved and the company needed it. He was able to send them over to me and even before editing or enhancing colors they look amazing I cant wait to see the photos and videos and get to relive the day all over again!!

Not only that but when something unexpected but photographic happened, they jumped to it, and I cannot wait for the shots and videos capturing some of these funny and sentimental moments! I ordered a straight ice luge with 2 shot chutes. The engraving on the side was free which I found to be an awesome bonus. The ice luge lasted about 7 hours. There was a minor mix up on delivery times. However John rectified this right away. I was very pleased with their services.
