In fact, I ended up with circus red....and tears! I started my appointment with Randy at 9:30am by telling him that I did not want ANY red in my hair. I wanted copper and chocolate tones (i.e., exactly what my hair currently was, minus my nasty grays). 2 hours later after a wash, I was HORRIFIED to see that my hair was, literally, the color of Red 40 all through my base roots. I looked AWFUL! Randy proceeded to tell me it wasn't that bad but, if I had the time, he could fix it. Fast forward 2 more hours, my hair was still red, but now my scalp was BURNING, and I was almost in tears. NO APOLOGIES even extended. THEN, Gail had the audacity upon checking me out to say that "Randy is going to give you a discount on your color." REALLY?!!!! Not to mention that they charge $30 just for shellac nail polish. That was a surprise. This is an outdated salon run by rude lady who hires inexperienced staff. The facility is old, dusty, and I should have trusted my gut instinct before trusting my tresses to Randy. NEVER AGAIN. I'm going to Tulsa next weekend to get my hair fixed - once my scalp heals from the 3+ hours of being exposed to dye.

Waked in and told them I needed a polish change and toenail trim and that I had two toenails that grew in and they needed to worked on because they were hurting. The first thing that was said to me was that I should just get a manicure because it was only a few dollars more. That left a bad taste in mouth to start with. My nails got finished then the tech started to work on my toenails. The nail trimmer she used did not come out of a sterilizing machine. It came out of her tote she carried around. She just clipped my nails with a clipper and didn't even try and get the corners that bother me. Went back the next day to tell her to address the grown in ones because they were still hurting. I was told I would need a pedicure for that! Worst customer service ever! If you're going to do a job...do it right! Immediately went to another salon and the girl did a fantastic job! She actually trimmed all my nails again and filed them down at no charge. Gave her a nice tip and have now found a salon that doesn't do shoddy work. DO NOT RECOMMEND SOCIETY NAIL BAR.
