The outside is well groomed and maintained for outdoor photos. Inside there are plenty of backdrops and furniture. Lisa chose the best one for my dog and she really knew what was best. The photos turned out beautiful! After our session she invited me back to review the photos. She has a great program to yes, no and maybe everything and even has a slide show made so you can see everything prior to narrowing them down. It was so much fun! There are plenty of options on what to choose to buy as well. Prints as well as albums, canvases. Really anything you could want. It was rather pricey and I could only afford to get two prints (out of a lot!) but the quality of the work is worth it.

Except Bre convinced her to do something that she typically hates. I think it was love at first sight for the both of them! Bre took the time to reassure my dog that everything was going to be fine and nothing was going to hurt her. The results of our photo shoot exceeded my expectations exponentially. There were no ears pinned to the back of her head. (I call them Dobby ears.) Her eyes were wide open. She smiled. I lay the credit at Bre's feet. And Buttons loved her! This is a huge plus for us! It's so nice that Frank can go in and out and get some fresh air/ outside play time. Additionally, it's nice that he uses the bathroom outside so he doesn't learn bad habits. 3. The staff are on it! They watch dogs play constantly and are extremely proactive in managing play. Things don't fall through the cracks with this team! It's comforting knowing Frank is in good hands and having safe play. 4. I utilize the extra services offered all the time for nail trims, ear cleaning, and grooming needs. It's an efficient way to get these things done at the same time he's at daycare. 5. We have boarded Frank over night here and felt extremely comfortable with this. They allow you to bring items from home to put into the sleeping space - we brought a blanket, bed, and toys for Frank which was a great bonus. Made him feel a little more at home! The staff take great care of all the dogs staying overnight! 6. A bonus! We don't use this service, but transportation is available for dogs to get to/from daycare. What a great idea! 7. They are also incredibly patient and supportive when it comes to all of the health testing I do with my dogs. From jumping through the extra hoops to get my SV X-rays submitted, to helping coordinate and complete other required health testing, they have always been wonderful and accommodating. It makes a huge difference to have a clinic that understands and supports the extra steps that come with responsible breeding and competitive dog sports. They have taken care of us through everything from routine visits, to emergencies, and even an emergency surgery, and we are always treated with the same compassion, respect, and professionalism every single time. Kept asking her why she hasn't done certain things, and my wife kept telling her that we had him on a puppy plan at East Central and they took care of everything for us. Then they told us our dog needed antibiotics, and diet changes to counter his weight gain, and sluggish behavior. We were so unhappy with how my wife was treated we went to East Central for another opinion, and they tested our dog for low Thyroid. Wouldn't you know it, 30$ of thyroid meds and he's slimmed down, has tons of energy and his coat is shinier and softer. Would never go back to Osceola Vet.
