The other realtors we talked to told us we'd never find it, and lacked any kind of interest or motivation to look for us. Up and beyond the call of duty!…read more My husband and I were in Vegas for an interview in January and thinking the interview went well decided to look at some properties in Pahrump. The first realtor (at a different agency) did not seem to want to give us the time of day and showed us a couple of houses. After a frustrating appt with them, we googled and called Nevada Realty and found we Chuck, who could meet us the next day. From the beginning, he was courteous and a go getter. He took all of our requirements and found a number of houses. He even rescheduled a personal appointment to make time in his day for us. He showed us 7 houses and we liked 3 of them. The next week when we received a job offer, we called him up to put an offer on one of the houses. Again, he was on top of everything, telling us what we needed to do to be able to close within 25 days. He met with all of our inspectors and even met our carpet guy so he could measure the house so carpet could be installed right after we closed. He gave us reminders and checked in on us to make sure the things we needed to do with our bank were getting done. I appreciated his promptness every time we did meet in person and he even followed up a couple of weeks after the fact to see how we were enjoying our home. His personality and customer service were greatly appreciated as we were buying our home from out of state and had a short timeline of closing, getting carpet and moving in. Everything went smoothly with Chuck. I would highly recommend him to friends or family and if I need a realtor again, he's the Guy! Thanks Chuck!
