The kids are thriving and LOVE coming to school. They are also so tired at the end of the day from the physical and educational stimulation that they sleep 12 hours straight (always helps!). Parent-teacher conferences were offered early in the year and proved valuable in translating the progress our daughter has made. The staff was attentive, willing, and more than able to answer all of the questions we had prepared. I would recommend this location to anyone considering a trusted, private daycare/Pre-K solution in the area.

Emails at 9:02 pm to inform that our child can't come to daycare that late at night because employees can't come to work as their homes lost power from a storm. Told our child can't come because they don't have enough staff. Told our son can't come because someone had Covid. But don't worry, all these times our child can't go they still want their 1,654 dollars. The dismiss what you say and have every excuse in the world. Our child is over fed and has a big vomit with no fever twice and we have to go pick him up. Yet the rest of the day there was still no fever and no "vomiting". Then they act like their pediatricians and know better and know our child better than we do. Miss Lauren is the only bright spot there. Our child comes home smelling like a French whore due to the large amount of perfume work by staff that they should know is an irritant for children that young. They are just pompous, arrogant, fake, superficial people who feel they're better than everyone else. It's a shame as the facility is clean and well kept. But it's ridiculous that they keep having Covid issues and staff issues they prevent us from going to work to make money, yet we better pay them their money. I would give negative stars if I could. If money is disposable and you really don't need daycare, then this is the place. If you need to count on them because you work, then look somewhere else. The new facility our child will be at is much cheaper, doesn't have the staff issues, nor do they have the Covid issues either that primrose has. We babe been told by so many people how happy our child is and they love him. I love that they offer lots of hands on activities for kids ages preschoolers to 3rd grade in one class. This offers a great experience for younger children to learn from the "big kids." They even have a "waiting room" for the parents. I think my daughter was able to focus more with me watching from afar rather than in the same room. It was a bit hard to find the lab, its inside of a building on floor two. However upon walking in we were promptly greated by smiling faces. The lab looks much like the ones in high school, but more colorful and fun. This was our first trip here, and it was far from crowded. I can tell my daughter had lots of fun because I could hear her laughing all the way down the hall. We will definitely be back!

I enrolled my 2 year old daughter a few wks ago and I am already searching for new care. This place is a nightmare! 1st off, the daycare providers are highly unattentive to the kids. Every time I ask how my daughters day was I get the same response "I'm not sure I wasn't in her group" but I know for a fact that's not the case. I've also sat by after I've dropped her off and before pick up to see what their up to and the staff is never being attentive to the kids. Except for the youngest girl that works there. She seems to be the only one who cares about the kids at all. My daughter also came home with severely scrapped up knees with no information from the staff. They probably didn't even know it happened. I have also noticed that my daughter went from being excited about school to very reluctant to go, which is a for sure sign that this is not a good place for her. I have also walked in to hear the staff fully yelling at the children, UNACCEPTABLE! They also have some extremely questionable staff hired! The owner seems to be cheaping out and not paying for quality staff, which would improve her business overall. Quality staff is a must for this type of business. It just makes me wonder and a little sad that other parents are totally fine with the very low quality of care their children are receiving. BTW, we just moved here from another state, and our daycare prior to this was beyond exceptional, so I would know a good daycare from a bad one, and this one is not a good daycare. Original review: Looking for a birthday party venue for our kiddo, I came across Assemble. It looked great! -- they advertise birthday parties on their website, and include pricing and other info about activities and number of kids they can accommodate. Great, it's all looking good. I fill out their online form with the required info, including three potential dates for the party that all comply with the date restrictions they have posted in their website, and submit it. I get a response the next day -- again, great!! Yes, they can do the first requested date. Yes, they can do activities for the age group. Leah, the "Camp Coordinator" (according to her email signature block) asks if we are still interested/want to confirm the party date. I say, yes, we definitely want to book. Cut to today when Leah emails to say, ooops! When we confirmed the party, we were just kidding!!!!! No party. Instead, Assemble decided to do camp on that date, so they can charge more money. They hope I can understand their decision to unilaterally cancel my kiddo's birthday party reservation, which they previously confirmed, because it's easier for them to cancel my kid's party than to keep their word. No. No, I don't understand. It's unprofessional. Best case scenario, they're so disorganized that their Camp Coordinator booked my kid's birthday party without realizing that they already had camp scheduled for that date. But, no, that's not what she said happened. She *admitted* that she found out (after booking the party) that Assemble subsequently decided it would do a camp on the party date. Rather than honor the party reservation that was already confirmed, they just cancelled my kiddo's party. I could never recommend them to anyone, because you can't trust them. They'll take their word back when it suits them.

All the staff work put so much work into making the space feel safe and welcoming to kids and adults. It is clear that everyone working there cares deeply about the local community. They highlight local artists in their gallery space, and bring in guest artists to teach kids and adults. The 21+ nights are so fun, I always invite my friends and end up leaving assemble with a fun project and a new skill!
