I felt she was very greedy and locked a moral compass on some of her dealings and things she said to me She had me sign the contract with her but then did a bait and switch and put most of it off on her assistant who did not have as much experience I had to clean my own condo after each showing muddy, floors chocolate, on the stove Pee in the toilets. She also had me be the go between between myself and the HOA which was her job since I was paying her. I felt coerced into doing it or else my place wasn't going to sell and she knew that. She knew I was putting in new blinds and painting late on Friday night even though they had no intention of doing an open house the next Saturday and she hid that from me. Then was indignant when I asked her about it. She would call me late at night but then told me to keep my phone calls to business hours. I have bought and sold five houses including this one and I have never had someone charge me full price then have me do the work. This was the worst experience I could have ever had. Choose very very carefully this kind of stuff cost me a lot of money as my property sat and I had to pull it off the market then put it back on the market which cost me a lot of money.
