We rented a Tritoon for a full day with a tube. Everything was ready when we got there the stall were very polite and accommodating. The kids and I had the best day out there and when we got back the staff took care of everything for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience will be back for sure. read more

This little marina seems to be alright. There's 2 entrances that I know of: a south entrance and a north entrance. Both have the same size boat ramps. It can get a little crowded at times and it gets frustrating waiting on people to get their boats in, and it can also be frustrating when it's finally your turn and some jerk pulls up right next to you cause he can't wait his turn. My biggest problem with this place is the bathrooms. Holy hell. No soap. Doors on the stalls are either broken or simply don't close in both the men and women's bathrooms. And they're quite gross with all kinds of crap written on the walls. Honestly it wouldn't be too bad of an idea to fix them up cause using those toilets was most definitely a traumatizing experience. But it's a good place to just get your boat on the water and get going. read more

Sardis Lake Marina is a tremendous addition to Mississippi. First, events are happening at the marina. Classes are held for sailing, Pontoon boats and jet skis are available to rent. Slips are for rent both covered and uncovered, and gasoline is now sold on the lake. For the past two years, they have sponsored a Sailboat Regatta, and the 4th of July fireworks celebration brought more people to Sardis lake than we have ever seen there in our life. Now to the people. The manager, Logan, runs the business efficiently and with passion. It's obvious he hires only the best, polite, helpful customer service oriented individuals around. It's a pleasure to be at the marina and we appreciate the wonderful people that help to keep us on the water. Thank you. read more

will post a more comprehensive complaint on 3 other major review sites as this one can be altered by the owners. I'll start by saying Logan was not in the office when we arrived to pick up the boat rental. In fact, no one was. We searched around the building and eventually found Carter next door talking to some female. Mind you we prepaid for the $135.00 1/2 day rental so I guess they didn't feel they needed to be in the office because they had their money. When we got the boat and I put the boat on idle speed as instructed as we left the dock as instructed, Logan watched as we left and yelled at me saying "HEY". Startled, I looked around to see him giving me a thumbs down as if I was moving to fast waking the water; awkward and weird I thought as it was he who instructed me to go idle speed when leaving the boat yard. Beforehand, while inspecting the boat the entry door wouldn't open so I nudged it with my foot to get it to open. Logan rushed over with a boisterous bad attitude telling me not to kick the door. I told him there was no latch and no other instructions on the door and wasn't opening with my hand force and the latch at the bottom acted as if it just needed more force and it did. He had an abrasive personality making it difficult to ask questions. Logan and Carter were very unapproachable, unprofessional and Carter had no clue of the details of our purchase and Logan wasn't available to guide him. Mind you all this is eating into our rental time. By the time we launched the boat 1 hour of our 4 hour rental was gone. However, Logan who seemed to be the manager/owner did t seem to care about our loss and reminded us to still return the boat at our 6:00 pm deadline lessons hour. I'm a 21 year military veteran of which they knew and couldn't even get better treatment than this. Also they knew the boat rental was a birthday gift from my wife. Within minutes after we left I received an email with a receipt for $107.00 but they charged us $135.00 plus tax. SHADY BUSINESS! We won't be going back there!!! They get a ZERO with 10 being the best. read more
