I recently moved back in town and was told I could find a dentist in town to remove my braces. I spoke with one receptionist and was told I could come in on a Monday or Friday to get started. A week later another receptionist called and told me she was going to cancel my appointment if I did not get my records transfer which was not problem (I thought I had until the day of). I asked if she could hold on to the appointment so I could get the records over within the next hr. When I called back to ask for the email to send the records over to, the lady told me I needed an AAO form signed by me and filled out by my previous orthodontist. I said okay. She then went on to say that her orthodontist probably wouldn't service me and it would probably be expensive. She came off very rude and I felt she was assuming that I couldnt afford the service when clearly I am reaching out because I was ready to be serviced. I am all for good customer service and they need training in that department. I would recommend an office that is going to treat you like the paying customer you are from the first person to the last. read more
