They took forever to take our order. They literally waited until everyone in our row was ready to order and then banged it all out at once. You get the choice out of about 5 starters and 5 mains, all local products and dishes, or interpretations of local dishes. There's clearly a lot of skill and creativity in the menu. Wine selection is equally creative and excellent. The produce used in the dishes are incredibly fresh and flavourful while the presentation and experience is at the same high level. Portion size is just right and the dishes are well prepared and perfectly come together. The chef clearly knows what he's doing. And then the price: I advise you to go eat here soon, because this place is seriously underpriced right now for the quality of the food. I had 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 2 glasses of excellent wine which came to about 90 euros.
