But then the team that came out was different. They were nice guys, but inexperienced and did some shoddy work. I had them put up all new fascia boards which was a mistake. They are not carpenters. The gaps between the boards are all so large that caulking just falls out. I also had to stay on top of them to make sure they did everything that was in the quote. There were some decking boards that needed replacement, and they assured me they would do it, but I came home to find out they had papered over the old boards. Also had to keep on them to get a roof jack changed out. I wish I would have just paid a little more to get a reputable company to do the job. Now I think Redeemed Roofing is out of business, or will be soon, so their "best warranty in the business" is meaningless.

We called Kruger roofing for a "rough" estimate and they gave us a very reasonable quote. We asked them to schedule the work and their tech, Daniel, came out within a week to do the job!! He replaced the missing shingles, noticed the boots around a few exhaust pipes coming through the roof were dried and cracked, and replaced those for just a few extra dollars! Also gave us a heads up we will want to put in some longer nails on the roof cap tiles as the ones originally were shorter than they like but did not try and sell us the extra work and this is something my husband or my daughter and her fiancee can do. Just told us to watch them as they may blow off in a very high wind. Did not try to sell us a new roof, etc. Daniel actually assured us that she should get a good number of years with the existing roof. Really am impressed with this company and highly recommend them.

It was a huge project that involved taking the roof down to the trusses to repair extensive water damage. In the last six years the owner of the company has been completely unreliable about addressing any issues related to the roof. The roof is now failing and an inspector has found multiple issues related to workmanship. So while Reliant offers a 5 year warranty on workmanship if you can't get them to respond to your calls it's pretty difficult to exercise your warranty. Our only recourse is to have our insurance company pursue some sort of legal action against them.

He guided me through the colors and correct vents and most of all his pride and workmanship is top notch and hard to find these days. Martin does it the old school way all by himslef and hand nails every shingle by hand. This allows better nail penetration and prevents shingle damage by nail guns that many roofers use. One would think it takes a lot longer but, Martin had my roof done in 2 days and it looks wonderful and I am have an OCD personality. If you want your roof done right the first time hire Able Roofing. Pride and craftsmanship are hard to find in the construction industry these days, but Martin delivers on all levels.
