There were two people cutting hair off to one side and my stylist was in the back. I txted to let her know I was there and had a seat(1 of 2). After a few she came out and got me. She's been cutting my hair for well over 25 years at many different places so I'm fine where ever she is at. I have long hair and beard and she knows how to fix it. Her space is very large compared to what she had before. It's pretty much for established clientele and I don't think they do walk ins. Pretty much appt only. The color was wrong, the style looked like something from the 1970's, my wife spotted the front hairline from over 5 feet away, and I felt it looked FAKE. They make you sign a contract and pay a deposit before they will order your hair. So by the time you see what it looks like, it's too late to get out of the contract, or get your deposit back. Dr. Webb has a new device called a SmartGraph. It is unique and is unlike any other device out there. There is no scar on the back of my head, it grew back normally just like it should. The SmartGraph magically sucks up the hair follicles from the donor area, and gets put into a machine that separates and counts them in a temperature controlled environment not to lose any grafts, this helps makes the process much quicker. Once they are sorted out, the graphs get put back into the balding spots leaving no room for error. I too was skeptical at the begging, but not anymore! This machine is a new method that a lot of other doctors do not have. I'm 35 years old, and my hair is starting to look like it did back in high school. Dr. Webb and his trained staff do know what they are doing! I have become more confident with my new hair growth. BROW HEAVEN - I…read morehighly recommend this place to anyone picky about their brows. I started coming here just a few months ago and I wish I would have discovered them sooner. I have always done threading instead of waxing because it is much cheaper and my skin seems to react better to it, so I had put off coming here for a long time. However, after a few questionable threading sessions at the mall, I decided to start taking better care of my brows and give this place a try. I'm so happy I did because the results have been incredible. To start your journey to perfect brows - The first thing you need is a brow mapping. The aesthetician here will measure out your face and draw on lines to make sure the spacing and angles are perfect and symmetrical. This is a bit more expensive than the normal eyebrow waxing, but you definitely need it. After this initial appointment, the brow maintenance waxes are a bit cheaper. They are really great about not over waxing and they will leave places alone that need to fill in a bit before your next appointment. I recommend scheduling maintenance brow waxes about every five weeks to keep your brows on track for success. They have online scheduling through their website and it's very easy to use. You will need to pay a deposit of half the price when you make the appointment online. So for normal brow maintenance waxes, you pay $12.50 at the time you schedule the appointment and another $12.50 once the appointment is complete. Make sure you are able to make your appointments because they are very strict about refunds. This stresses me out, but I understand why it's a necessary policy. I have heard good things about most of their aestheticians. I have always used Jenn for my brows just because she had availability back when I initially made my first appointment. She's wonderful, but I think you can't go wrong with anyone here. They are also taking really great COVID precautions. They have opened up to masked appointments only, with clients waiting in their cars and texting when they arrive. Only one client is in the salon at once. They are being super safe and sanitary so you don't need to worry about putting off making an appointment any longer! Please please please for your own sake just start coming here for your brow needs.
