It was hard to find as there is no sign but she sent me a picture Along with the suite number so it wasn't bad. It's a pretty bare bones entry with nothing fancy. There were two people cutting hair off to one side and my stylist was in the back. I txted to let her know I was there and had a seat(1 of 2). After a few she came out and got me. She's been cutting my hair for well over 25 years at many different places so I'm fine where ever she is at. I have long hair and beard and she knows how to fix it. Her space is very large compared to what she had before. It's pretty much for established clientele and I don't think they do walk ins. Pretty much appt only. If you are looking for someone good in this area just message me. Not comfortable just putting her number out there.

The color was wrong, the style looked like something from the 1970's, my wife spotted the front hairline from over 5 feet away, and I felt it looked FAKE. They make you sign a contract and pay a deposit before they will order your hair. So by the time you see what it looks like, it's too late to get out of the contract, or get your deposit back. Don't let anyone prey on your insecurities, for me being bald is MUCH better than anything Hairclub did for me. I would NOT recommend Hairclub to anyone.

Dr. Webb has a new device called a SmartGraph. It is unique and is unlike any other device out there. There is no scar on the back of my head, it grew back normally just like it should. The SmartGraph magically sucks up the hair follicles from the donor area, and gets put into a machine that separates and counts them in a temperature controlled environment not to lose any grafts, this helps makes the process much quicker. Once they are sorted out, the graphs get put back into the balding spots leaving no room for error. I too was skeptical at the begging, but not anymore! This machine is a new method that a lot of other doctors do not have. I'm 35 years old, and my hair is starting to look like it did back in high school. Dr. Webb and his trained staff do know what they are doing! I have become more confident with my new hair growth. Then Dr. Webb and the main nurse left and had the two women who counted the grafts finish up on the crown area. This was the most important part and they left it to less experienced personnel. The result? My crown is as bald today as it was the day I went in for the surgery.
