*They will lie to you, and claim "after market parts aren't available yet, it'll take a 3 month…read morewait for a new one" when googled there are magically after market starters... so he lied to me* My first time taking my car in for service it had also just been in an accident and needed some minor body work. I called and asked them if they have a body shop or if they have a preferred body shop and asked if they could get it fixed then as well. Was told no problem at all, we do that! When I took my car in "Pamela" scoffed when I asked her about the body work, and said "we don't do that!" She was then rude and acted like I was a moron. After this I had been driving to PA to Rally VW to get work done, because I felt Saskatoon VW didn't deserve my business. Until 2 weeks ago, my car was getting an EPC light and not starting. Then if it sat for 12+ hours it would be fine. I got stuck downtown after work at 12am one night. Started a day later and I drove it home. Then it died again while I was out shopping and wouldn't restart. I called VW roadside and they only tow to the nearest VW dealership. So it went in, $200 later they said "we couldn't find anything, bring it back when it does it again". It did it again the next day. This time they actually figured out what's wrong with it, or thought they did. At 4:30pm they called and said it was first a $852 starter part, but it was in stock and they'd have it done that day. Then when I asked how they'd change a starter in 30 mins, it was, "oh I guess it'll be tomorrow." Not even 5 mins later a call back, now it wasn't that part that they have in stock, it's a new starter. "It's too new (it's a 2019) so there aren't after market parts for it yet, and it'll take us 3 months to get it done". I then called Saskatoon Import Auto and they said they can get it done next month, maybe sooner if they get an opening. Save yourself the BS and straight up lying to you, go to Saskatoon Import Auto. I asked everyone I know that drives a VW and they refuse to go to Saskatoon VW as well.

unprofessional and incompetent. provide misleading solutions and false commitment. they don't know…read morehow to take responsibility for the mistakes, deliberately (as the facts suggest) put me into a default and when a resolve was communicated it was a lie. they would not provide explantations or proof to money sent or even a loan when repeatedly asked. I was passed around and told one thing but that was proven to bs. looking at it all now, from the pressure, the rush and failure to provide clear and accurate execution of the paperwork plus unexpected or communication of costs and did not disclose truly anything upon signing and rushed me right outta there at the end of the day when I still had question. its to bad that this company owns pretty much all the dealerships in town, truly what a joke, pretending to be professionals when the turn over rate and reviews should say enough! client care and respect to the facts are the most simplest and bare minimum for any business . the core values and business model is clearly broken.
