Rich helped me problem solve how to get them from Richmond to Dayton Airport to rent a car to get them the rest of the way home ... Not being from the area, and not knowing what to do or who to call ... Rich was kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond to support our family. Since it was just a very short ride, I wasn't sure that it would be less or not. They had to come from the northwest part of town. $50 didn't seem bad at all, even though it was a short ride, as the price of fuel is rather high. In Florida or Philadelphia, I'd probably have been charged $100 easily, and worse in larger metro areas. The driver was friendly and efficient and took care in positioning the chains so as not to damage the car.

There were 5 of us including a 9 and 3 year old boy and my 9 month old girl. My 9 month old was not happy and he even asked if he could do anything for her! When he helped transport our big group my 3 year old wanted to ride in the tow truck, not with the police officer. He was a little scared but Steven tried to comfort him. He seriously turned a frustrating possible scary situation into something not so bad. He was a big bright spot to our bad situation.
