Michael at Sasquatch tree removal removed a tree from my yard after hurricane Helene hit. It took seven months for his team to come out and another month to get the correct truck. once he came out he was paid upfront. Michael dropped the tree on my already repaired roof. I was told his contractor Vlad was fix the new hole Michael left in my roof. Vlad never came out to repair the damage and now Michael refuses to fix the damage to my home caused b his company. extremely frustrating and unprofessional. NEVER use this company again.
