The office is located on the Oak Hill Hospital Campus and has FREE valet parking. Dr Kerr is a Hematologist with experience working at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. He saw my husband on VERY Short notice and his staff was patient and professional. Wait was about 30 minutes. DR. Kerr is friendly, personable, asks a lot of questions and thoroughly explains his findings. Having a connective tissue disease means a lot of doctor appointments for referrals and for regular care. The reception team get me timely appointments, call to remind me of my appointments, and have processed all my referrals and prescriptions correctly. The medical technicians/nurses have been polite, helpful, and professional at every encounter. This is a small office with just Dr Abskhroun to see patients. There have been a few times when I had to wait past my appointment time to see him. This is because he never rushes through appointments. I can appreciate that in doing so (listening to his patients) appointments can run long. Dr Abskhroun likes to focus on just a couple issues at a time to ensure no overlap in need for specialty referrals or medication prescriptions. This has reduced my daily medication load making my liver happier.
