We just dropped $160 on a new modem per charter. They said ours was old. Still no fix. Kinda tough to complete online college courses when you cannot count on a solid internet service from these jokers. Bye charter. We are being forced to go to Century Link because it is the only other provider we know of in our area. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I signed up for Charter and, FOUR MONTHS later i was still not hooked up. I had 8 different people from the company come out to my house and, NO ONE knew that the person before them had already came. NO ONE knew anything. No one communicates. There system never shows the notes you want in there nor do they keep you posted on what's going on. Every time i called to ask what the status of my hook up was they would ask me WHO came over and, what they did. HOW ABOUT THATS YOUR JOB! NOT MINE! One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. This is the first review I've ever written about someone so, It took a lot for me to even do this but, wanted to save someone else from the crap i dealt with with this company. I contacted DISH for my services and the NEXT DAY they had me set up and, turned on. Not sure WHY IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS for Charter Communications to do this. It was ridiculous. So, save yourself some time and, DO NOT GO WITH CHARTER.
