Basically, you'll take off your shoes and place slippers on. When you go back into the parlor, you'll be lead into a dressing area where you will change your clothes into scrubs. Then when you exit the dressing room, you're feet will be washed and your led to the massage bed. From that point, the masseuse finds every knot and works to release them. I've had plenty massages in Thailand and Bali and this couldn't even come close. The massage was so weak I could barely feel any relief. I continually asked for stronger and even used Google translate but the masseuse did not change anything. The communication was horrible. I emailed well in advance using Google translate asking for a back to back massage. They said ok. I confirmed what I wanted again before the massage. They said ok. In the middle of my first massage they tell me they cannot do the second one. After reading my review on Google, the owner claimed I wanted an object or hitting massage which is nothing close to what I asked for multiple times. I translated what I wanted to Georgian and Polish multiple times they did not even try to understand. On top of that my masseuse left for 10 minutes of the massage and when she came back she announced the massage was over. Avoid the therapist with short black hair.

The hooka was literally the best in terms of amount of smoke & shisha flavor! The decor was beautiful! The spa looked really nice but since we didn't have too much time to enjoy much of it we got mini facials. The lady's didn't do THAT great of a job with removing any impurities on our face prior to the mask and there was no scrub prior to the mask either but the mask itself was nice and it was a good time to relax. I would recommend to them to include a nice face wash & scrub prior to putting the mask on otherwise the mask doesn't really benefit the skin. Since we were running out of time the staff packed our meals up nicely with utensils, napkins & sauces. The baba ganoush was THE BEST I have ever had!!! I have ate a lot of it and it never tasted this good. I plan to visit again and bring my family as well. Highly recommended! Thank you!
