Full disclosure , I am not an easy shave due to exposure based skin condition that makes my hair patchy while prior to my retirement from service. I was shaved by Lou, and I placed myself at the mercy of the barber for recommendations. Overall, the shave was nice it was done the way I asked, so I was satisfied. On my next visit, I will change up the style as now that I see it, I don't think it's "me." I was satisfied with the service I received and will return in two to three weeks once I get some growth back to try a different style. The feel of the shop was great and the staff was welcoming. The best part is I was given a card and told if I have to book in a pinch or have trouble with the app, just call. Which is a courtesy I've had yet to receive at the shops I took my son to before settling on a shop for him. (I'm bald de to my condition, so no haircut for me) I will return to Brands.
