They have a parking outside where you can park for one hour for free, but pick a parking permit for another hour in the reception to be safe. Its not a huge gym, but its spread out on one level which gives easy access to everything. They have a couple of barbells in a smaller crossfit hearted area if you are in need of that. Otherwise theres a machine-, dumbell- and cardio-section to mix it all up a bit and its good enough for most ppl. They also have some classes for the interested. This is an okey place to get your workout going, and you will probably find most stuff you need, but dont expect wonders(unless you create them by yourself), since its more or less just a regular gym.

The gym exists on three floors; with the changing rooms in the basement, where you on the way down will pass one of the free-weights areas. Over all this is one of the better gyms in the city; it is light, staff have been friendly. A drawback though with the nice glass roof is that during the summer the group training halls and the cardio machine area get very warm, particularly during noon classes! This gym is equipped with an automatic defibrillator - I know, since I have had to ask for it during an incidence during a class when a gymgoer fell ill. One of my first after fifteen years: "Do we have a nurse or doctor on the premises..." - not a dream after a tough spinning class. But go adrenaline! :)

This is actually a rather large gym hidden at subway level. There's a class room and a good…read moreselection of machines (even cross country skiing machines) and cardio machines - and further in you'll find a pretty comprehensible free weight area. The bad thing is that it's underground - no windows to let some real light in, and the ventilation is rather lacking. You'll choke on your own BO when you're working out hard! SATS is overpriced but the good thing with that is that their facilities are seldom crowded. You're effectively paying for a modest level of exclusivity.

One of the more beneficials with this gym is that its not as crowded as its closest neighbours SATS Spårvagnshallarna and SATS Odenplan. When you first enter the place you get the feeling that its very aery and spacious. But its not a very large gym, and although you have most of the stuff you need the free weight section isnt very big. But if you are fed up with the catwalk at SATS Odenplan you might wanna give this one a try.

Cardio is done upstairs, meanwhile weights and classes are downstairs. Its quite big downstairs, so you dont have to hustle side by side. They have most stuff that will get you going. But its probably not the best place to go if you wanna go on a crossfit/free weights session, since that area isnt very big. Overall this is a good gym to have a general session(for lunch) or something like it, so you wont have any reason for missing out!

Its a big gym divided into two floors so you most often dont even have to use your elbows to get some space. They have a cardio section upstairs, two free weight rooms and a bunch of machines downstairs to wrap it all up. For the class addicted they have a lot of different classes which arent packed, so this might actually be the place to go to if you dont want to book classes with 2 weeks notice. Changing rooms are also big and there is also a possibility to do the mandatory Friday sauna session afterwards. I guess you have no reason to stay out if you are around, and maybe this is the savior when your wife is on a shopping spree. But i guess you will still have to find a good reason to fly away without any suspicion!

The pictures on the walls reminds the visitors of the heritage from back in the days, when gym wasnt something for everyone. To embrace the history further more, they also have a gymnastic section with parallell bar and other specific gymnastic apparatus. The gym itself is very much like SATS new concept with same kind of colors and areas that you are used to. Even though its separated in between certain floor, most ppl will end up in the cellar, where the "real" stuff is located. Second floor which also is entry floor have quite a big cardio section to get you started. Upstairs is the machine area and also space for class traning. Overall this place is a very nice gym, but the changing room is very small in aspect to how many ppl this place will attract due to its prime location. Also, downstairs can get pretty cramped during peak, since most ppl will spend most of their time at the gym here. Likeable and fresh, but i think they could have planned it better to get the most out of it!

tl;dr - It's not a great gym but seriously cheap & I think it's worth the price…read more Fitness24seven has positioned itself as the cheap gym alternative with subscription for around 200SEK/month for full access to all gyms. That's extremely cheap in comparison to SATS for example which will run you 700SEK/month for a similar deal. And it's worth noting that already at this base level 24/7 beats SATS on the important variable of opening hours. It's been a couple of years since I was a member, has since gotten an ok deal with my job for SATS that's also nearby my office. But I'll write from memory. The venue is small & not great. Very very crowded during peak hours to the point where I wouldn't go. Visiting during non peak hours is an ok story - there's a squat rack, a couple of barbells, dumbells etc. An ok warm up/stretch room and a lot of machines + some cardio things like bikes and rowing machines. Locker room (for men) is shitty. Kind of dirty at times and just not a place I'd like to change in. Ususally one of the showers would not work properly. Worth mentioning there's a "tjejgym" (girl gym) which I've never been to but should be worth checking out if you qualify by being a woman. I think that's a good initiative as I'm sure it can be intimidating to be a girl among a dozen dudes trying to get a barbell during peak times. In sum - not a great gym at all but it really does its job and for 200SEK/month it's kind of a steal. Can't really give it more than a 3/5 though.
