This contractor was good to start with but complained about my home the minute the work started. A…read morepasserby asked to have them bid a job and the owner said our house was falling apart and he'd never do an older home again. We bought a 1915 craftsman and invested 10's of thousands. A thing to note is the owner originally was the one who visited my home and bid so he had some idea of the homes condition. I had to take 30 days to pay as I was laid off while the job was being completed. But they were paid in full. Two months later during summer sun I noticed that the entire west wall had areas where the paint didn't cover. Even though the company told me no warranty on work of this old of a house I thought 2 months after work was completed they'd come by and take care of it. Instead they replied "we left you paint and we don't have time". I've given every chance to do what is right. So just know who your doing business with. Buyer Beware.
