Six weeks earlier we ordered a decent looking wedding set of earrings and a necklace for 4.4k from this store and yesterday we went to pick up and pay the balance in full. They tried to sell me an un-hallmarked necklace worth 2.7k (the earrings were hallmarked), after paying for it i spotted this and asked the lady serving us where it was, she pointed at a blank space on the necklace fastener and said this is the hall mark (it was written clearly on the earrings). Then they tried to make out that it was normal and that if i brought it back the next day they would stamp a hallmark on it, but i had got advice and was told not to leave the store with it and informed them I had been given advice. Then all the staff panicked and someone like the boss shouted out from behind me to refund all their money, even the non-refundable deposit. We asked to see our receipt but the lady that was serving us said why do you want to see it and repelled us. Very disgusting really as they advertise on tv all the time. read more
