The owner is a great guy, easy to deal with and a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately his son is now coming up in the business and is a different type of individual. His arrogance and superior attitude is annoying, but when I had a minor issue he joked about the situation, insulted me snidely, and told me not to return. All cool, but I won't be back. You can run your business any way you want. Just beware, the entitled son doesn't care about the business, customers, or ethics. If you're looking to buy or sell, I strongly recommend 6&6 auctions down the road. Reality is, with his attitude the business will start going down hill. Don't get fooled into thinking this is still the same company. It's changing for the worse. Really sad, but be warned. No integrity or character anymore.

Out of total sales we only made $397.50 and the auction took 148.40, we ended up with $249.10. We will never use this venue again. Be warned if you take your items to this auction centre.
