I have had a very long drawn out time period with this company trying to get a resolution to the damage done to my home. I had a couple of hairline cracks, which I have had for years. They had been checked out and we were told they were just a couple of settlement cracks nothing to be concerned about. This company came videoed my home then the blasting started. My home shook and the rumbling was awful for weeks and weeks. I found a lot of new cracks, that were not there before. I am kind if a clean freak with my dust buddy and all and just kept finding cracks. Long story short, I have now gotten my decision letter from them and it is denied that they caused anything. It is a letter of alot of measurements and who pioneered this measurement and whatever else. In conclusion they let me know that THESE CRACKS WERE ALL MY PREVIOUS CRACKS. Most are so obvious that the video person could have seen them as she did our 2 other cracks and made mention in the recording. This is all so petty but definitely a company with no "balls". They knew they could word this job to death and not be responsible for anything. I am not stopping with this review, I am looking for other avenues to explore for my repairs.
