It was my first time going to a hamman so I wasn't to sure how it worked and I was by myself so nobody to tell me. The lady at the reception gave me a leaflet showing the different steps, plus there is many signs in the hamman explaining you what to do and the benefits of each step. All signs have both German and English. For the entrance fee they give you everything you need including cloths to wear in the hamman, a scrubbing glove, a mud pack and body lotion. I found it really relaxing and will certainly go again.
