Mình đã bị cáo buộc là làm hồ sơ giả , hôn nhân không dựa trên tình cảm thật sự , nên lúc nào cũng bị từ chối đến cuộc hôn nhân thứ 3, khi mình gặp được người chồng hiện tại là người Mỹ trắng, mình được qua đến Mỹ theo diện hôn phu hôn thê k1, nhưng đến khi mình xin đổi qua thẻ xanh thì một lần nữa bị từ chối bởi vì nhân viên di trú Hoa Kỳ cáo buộc background của mình không đủ điều kiện để trở thành thường trú dân do mình đã từng làm hon nhân giả, sau khi phỏng vấn xin thẻ xanh tại Mỹ nhân viên di trú đã từ chối và cho mình thời gian 33 ngày để rời khỏi nước Mỹ. Lúc đó vợ chồng mình thực sự rất hoang mang sợ hãi lo lắng không biết phải làm gì. Thật ra sai lầm lớn nhất của mình là từ hôn nhân đầu tiên cho đến hôn nhân lần thứ ba chưa bao giờ mình thuê luật sư để hỗ trợ hồ sơ của mình , toàn là tự Ý hai vợ chồng điền đơn và làm mọi giấy tờ. Chính vì vậy mới gặp bao nhiêu là rắc rối và thất bại! Khi mà vợ chồng mình nhận được tờ giấy yêu cầu phải rời nước Mỹ trong 33 ngàymình đã bắt đầu đi tìm luật sư giúp đỡ , mình đã liên hệ với rất nhiều luật sư nổi tiếng và kể cho họ nghe về câu chuyện hồ sơ di trú của mình trong suốt 25 năm qua, tất cả các luật sư đều từ chối không nhận và nói cơ hội được chấp thuận gần như là bằng không, lúc này mình chỉ còn biết chuẩn bị tinh thần để trở về Việt Nam , vợ chồng của mình kết hôn trên tình cảm thật sự nên cả hai rất đau khổ hụt hẫng và không biết phải làm như thế nào để bảo vệ cuộc hôn nhân này nếu như mình không được ở lại Hoa Kỳ .....sau đó vợ chồng mình đã tìm được luật sư David Nguyễn , Luật sư duy nhất đồng ý nhận hồ sơ của mình và cho mình một tia hy vọng, mình vẫn không có tự tin khi kể cho luật sư về câu chuyện của mình và những lần bị từ chối trong suốt hai mươi lăm năm qua , luật sư David Nguyễn Đã cho mình hơn một tiếng miễn phí để nghe về toàn bộ mọi chi tiết hồ sơ của mình , chỉ trong lần gặp mặt đầu tiên luật sư David Nguyễn đã ghi chú lại hết toàn bộ nội dung câu chuyện của của mình, sau đó phân tích rõ ràng tại sao mình bị từ chối và động viên rằng mình vẫn có khả năng được chấp nhận và được trở thành thường trú nhân của Hoa Kỳ , lúc này mình không biết phải nói gì hơn ngoài hy vọng cầu nguyện ..... Hồ sơ của mình thực sự rất phức tạp , thật sự mà nói là không có luật sư nào dám nhận hồ sơ của mình , bản thân của mình biết hồ sơ của mình sẽ không có cách nào được chấp thuận, nhưng bởi vì sự động viên của luật sư David Nguyễn , sự tận tâm lắng nghe giúp đỡ tìm hiểu hồ sơ tường tận và với kiến thức am hiểu về Luật di trú của luật sư David Nguyễn , đặc biệt là đối với những hồ sơ bị từ chối nhiều lần, rồi mình đã tự tin bước vào phòng phỏng vấn cùng chồng và có mặt của luật sư David Nguyễn , trong buổi phỏng vấn, ngoài sự mong đợi của mình buổi phỏng vấn diễn ra hết sức trôi chảy thuận lợi , và được sự dìu dắt chỉ dẫn của luật sư trước những câu hỏi khó mình đã vượt qua tất cả những trở ngại và giải thích được cho nhân viên di trú hiểu những khúc mắc trước đây mình gặp phải trong hồ sơ cũ và cuối cùng thì mình đã có được thẻ xanh trong sự ngỡ ngàng , đến giờ phút này mình vẫn chưa tin được mình đã có thẻ xanh, ngay cả trong mơ mình cũng không dám nghĩ đến, và hoàn toàn không thể tin được luật sư David Nguyễn có thể gỡ được một bộ hồ sơ di trú mà mình liên tục bị từ chối trong suốt hai mươi lăm năm qua. He was aware of all this and he still did nothing for me except rip me off of $4500 save your money and hire a lawyer that will help and not just take your money and then throw you away like this one dead to me! He also told non-family members about what was going on with my case and also sent them my personal documents. I surely hope if you ever need help you're treated the same way you treated me. Thank God, I had a judge that was willing to go by the law not his own misguided gut. If you are a motorcycle rider, never let him suck you in with his Ducati's because that's the way he got me when he found out, I ride. On a further note, I hired him in 2023 to take care of this for me and he never set me up with another court date. All he did was took my money and waited for me to be arrested. Stay away from this one.! I have a lot of witnesses and my next call will be on Monday to the bar association over this thieving lawyer! And I should also let you know that he gave out my information to non-family members without asking me first and then he talked about other cases with me. What kind of lawyer is this? After returning injured from deployment with USFOR in 2021, I trusted them with my Defense Base Act case, believing they would fight for the compensation I deserved. At first, they seemed promising, Brandon Barnes spending an hour explaining how great they were. Once I signed, the experience changed completely. For four years, I dealt with lost documents, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. I followed all their instructions, went to doctors, paid out of pocket, and provided everything they requested, only for them to repeatedly misplace critical paperwork. It was an exhausting and frustrating process. At the end of 2024, they pressured me to accept a certain amount of money as settlement, warning that if I didn't, the upcoming presidential election could lead to civil unrest, and I might not get a penny. This fear tactic felt manipulative, especially since my case was worth far more. A legal expert later told me my injuries--including a broken shoulder, a severely damaged knee, hearing loss, back issues, and PTSD--should have resulted in a settlement of at least $2 million, if not more. I now strongly believe this firm either acted negligently or was influenced by the insurance company to settle my case for the lowest amount possible. Their actions cost me the justice and compensation I deserved after years of waiting. I would not recommend them to anyone in need of serious legal representation. Don't be misled by the five-star reviews you see--most of them are from their friends, I'm 100% sure. The vast majority were pressured into leaving positive reviews, just like they're trying to do with me. My facts and evidence are stronger than 99% of the "purely speculative" cases they do take. This is why I insisted on them telling me if they would take cases against a government BEFORE setting up/paying for consultation. As I predicted, the immediately declined to have any involvement with an opposing party is a governmental entity. Had I not pushed for a response, I would've been out $500 for their firm to just tell me that they don't take cases against the government. I found that disingenuous to nickel & dime prospective clients like that. NOT RECOMMENDED.
