Every time I called him to ask about the well he assured me he would get the job done. We are 3 hours away and thought we could trusted this guy, what a mistake that was. I arbitrarily picked LAMMS Well Service and Mike was very pleasant ( he is a little smart alecky, but so am I) and came out that day for an inspection ($175). He did not see any obvious reasons why the current well was not OK, just a new pump was required. He stated what the process would be as they replaced the well and evaluated the well itself. After I dug out the access hatch to the underground well house / pump LAMMS came out, pulled the old well pump (from 1980) , put a new pump in, evaluated the well as to depth and drawdown, installed the final pump and piping. Everything was completed in about a half a day.
