I had artificial turf installed at my house last year (Oct 2025). None of the installers who did…read morethe work spoke English, except for the foreman. That maybe a minor issue, but when you have a question, you always have to find the foreman or owner who both were not always available. After the installation, there were issues already obvious. The artificial turf showed obvious ripples, which I was told will go away when the artificial turf was brushed. Most of. the ripples went away after the turf was brushed in April 2025. After the artificial turf was brushed, the worker found the seams became real obvious and said had to be repaired. That was fixed by adding nails around the seams. After the nails were added, the seams still look obvious and the new nails became very visible and had be covered by green sand. That was another repair appointment I had to make. As the weather started getting warmer, the border for the artificial turf started warping. I'm still trying to get an appointment for that repair which I had been unsuccessful so far. Scheduling an appointment for follow-on repair or service has been a real challenge and frustrating. We had a lot of delays or no shows (with no notice). Lastly, the artificial turf and bordering were of poor quality. The artificial turf didn't settle firmly after it was installed. The bordering deteriorated in less than a year.

We had a great experience working with Nagl Floor Covering for a bathroom remodel, as well as new…read moreflooring throughout our house. After a bathroom water leak and professional drying & mold remediation, we were left with more of a project than I could take on myself. We needed sections of our 30 year flooring replaced in both the hallway and hall bathroom, a large section of sheetrock needed to be replaced on both sides of the bathroom wall, chunks subfloor and underlayment needed to be replaced; as well as a new vanity and accessories. We knew about Nagl's great reputation with flooring, so decided to check out their website; and discovered they also do bathroom remodels -- perfect! After a meeting with Boston to go over options, we decided on new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) for the entire house, along with all new baseboard trim; and we decided on vanity and accessories for the bathroom remodel. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The bathroom remodel was first on the list, and was completed as far as they could go without finishing the flooring. The end result of the remodel portion turned out exactly like we wanted, but we did encounter a few minor hiccups; which Boston and company made right, so I'm not deducting anything for that. You can see from the bathroom photo that it turned out pretty amazing (the toilet was installed after the photo). For the flooring & baseboard portion, I would give 6 out of 5 stars (both for quality and installation), which more than makes up for any hiccup with the remodel. Boston recommended a mid-level LVP option, which was exactly what we were looking for. We stopped by the showroom on a Saturday, and took two flooring samples home with us -- and I think we made the right choice. The flooring is very high quality, and super easy to clean up, if anything is spilled on it. The flooring installers did a fantastic job of methodically getting the planks laid down, while keeping everything perfectly straight. We appreciated the way they worked around our need to keep cats locked away in one of the bedrooms, and then switch rooms once they were ready. It all went very smoothly, and as stated, we love the result. I would very highly recommend Nagl for whatever flooring projects you might have.

Kaufman's crew rebuilt the deck and Sequoia's crew removed the extensive rotting wood retaining walls and planters, concrete steps and walkways and aged stone patio. Then Sequoia replaced the old with modern clean lines in classic stone materials while managing the drainage issues, the irrigation system and adding built-in lighting to the stone steps and along the walls The members of the crew were always professional, arrived punctually, attended to potential safety hazards and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day's work. Earth moving equipment was used to prep the site for drainage and support and each piece of the project was installed with a watchmaker's precision. The crew's outstanding work ethic was obvious and garnered praise from observers as well as the other company's crew. Alex was available daily and responsive to any requests and modifications and offered suggestions to customize to our specific needs. Skilled crew members, Brant and Ethan, were helpful and considerate in all interactions and went the extra mile throughout the project.
