I got lucky when I arrived in late September because many of the flowers had already begun to fade or wilt. I was really bored one day from just sitting at home so I decided to go for a walk outside while enjoying the sunshine. I came to this sunflower field in Rocky River, Ohio to enjoy some fresh air. This same sunflower field is also in Sandusky, Ohio. Both fields are run by the Non-Profit organization called "Prayers From Maria", named after a 7-year old girl who died from cancer. Every section of the field has a small card with a child or teenager's name and picture on it along with a sweet message from themselves or their family. It is really touching to read but also sad because these individuals died from brain cancer. Everyone visiting the field feels a sense of hope as they walk along the sunflowers and I hope you do too when you visit. I certainly felt at peace. The sunflowers only bloom from August to September every year (3-4 weeks total) so make it part of your trip to Cleveland this or next summer. I called about 3 computer repair service companies to try and get someone to please come out to my…read morehouse in north ridgeville and help me, I'm elderly and I can't just unplug my desktop computer to easily bring it into a shop, the first 2 places were either not willing or made it so difficult for what I was asking or simply didn't even call me back. So my third call was Computer Crisis in Avon and wow, picked up the phone right away, got me on the schedule later that evening. That alone spoke volumes. A guy named James came out, figured out what the problem was, unplugged everything for me and took it into their Avon storefront. I opted for the upgraded repair option because the computer was about 7 years old. He installed Windows 11 on it for me and got everything backed up and transferred for me. Had the computer back to me the following evening and showed me how to use the new operating system. 5 star service and now I got a new computer service company that's local to north ridgeville ohio. Not a lot of places out here and most of them are cell phone repair. Highly recommend!

I cannot work with or recommend anyone who is undependable and have found someone else who can provide a dependable business experience. I will be calling the business who gave me the referral and let them know that it is risky to recommend anyone to their business. Evidently from other Yelp reviews customers either had positive experience or ones like mine with no reliability. This is disappointing as it is a locally owned business that offers numerous service if you can get them to follow through. While I am sorry to hear about the passing of a family member/team member, it is not an excuse to wish bad karma on someone simply for leaving an honest review. As mentioned in my original review, while we never had SERVICES performed by this company, we still interacted with them on a professional basis. Customer service is apart of business just as much as services are. No telling me "My wife had to be there for the initial visit" (That is also a timeshare selling tactic) No Special "back to school pricing" gimmicks. No buy one get one free. No LYING and saying the competition makes inferior windows (Then when you see what Window universe does it is actually better than the other company) I got 18 quotes for work on my house 5 window quotes. so I am tired and cranky. I didnt call Window Universe intially. (my mistake) I had one company (Who I wont review) that was all the way up to getting a downpayment from me. They seemed good initially but I had to fire them when they didnt show up (it was a fourth offence) Too bad. Well I called Window Universe they came out fast. The quoting process was fast. The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights.
