I had an IRS Revenue Officer assigned to me who put a Tax Levy against me, and when I spoke to him, he clearly said he received nothing of what he requested from my representatives, and that was the reason he issued the Levy. The guy, Eric, had me sign a paper, and that was all they ever issued to the IRS on my behalf--a wasted $4,200+. I filed a complaint against this company, and I want ALL of my money back. With almost 5 months of dropping off documents, phone calls, dozens of emails and multiple certified letters from the IRS, Hannan and associated did nothing to rectify my audit. Between not being able to "open" my corrupt files, going out of town multiple times, needing a commitment letter, wanting other tax documents that did not apply to that year, wanting us to sign "power of attorney" forms, not taking our phone calls and telling us that her schedule was to booked and couldn't see us for days, shows nothing but complete disrespect for us and the Internal Revenue Service. After almost 5 months of Hannan and associates complete disregard for the IRS audit, we reached out to another CPA firm in our town. Within 24 hours a letter had been written, documents put together, the amount due to the IRS was adjusted, forms signed and in the mail it went. We finally received a certified letter from Ms. Hannan, after the fact, stating there was miscommunication between my ex-husband, her and myself, which was passing information "to and fro" and hoped this matter would go no further. This has been my personal experience with Hannan and Associates and everything I stated above I have documented.
