The crew brought space heaters to our home to keep us warm for the 24 hours before the new furnace would be installed. They replaced our furnace on the "coldest day" in 6 years (literally - January 21st)! Every crew member was friendly, and polite and took great care to keep our home clean. My experience: NEVER accept VERBAL ASSURANCES from these guys, get the smallest details in writing, don't get pressured into something last-minute. Wait. 8 months later, they are still making excuses and try to find ways to blame me for delays. I CAN'T TRUST what Cory or Steve tells me. They respond by backpedaling, vilifying me trying to make me feel bad, and yelling. I DID NOT include them on my 2nd INSURANCE job and WILL NOT include them on windows I'd like to have done. LESSON LEARNED - I don't find their subcontracting business model works for me. Their response to conflict I find unprofessional.
