I never buy anything regular price here; the prices are inflated. Sales can be quite good here, however, especially out of their clearance merchandise. I scored one pair of Sketchers wedges for a mere $12! I was disappointed that they were out of a Sketchers wedge in a pretty blue color combo but they offered to order it for me online. That would have been awesome but a few days later I received an email that the shoe wasn't in stock and they would refund my CC. Talk about disappointing! My CC was refunded but I really wanted those shoes! Not sure why original order went through but then later they were out of stock. I will also say that although the sales people here were super nice when I brought my purchases to the register and in doing the online order they were initially really stand offish and didn't greet me when I came into the store.

Finally, I did pass on this because I already have a k'atan sling, but I really really wanted another one that was practically new in the box for around $20. I paid $60 new. I always say that I thank God for blessing us with a boy, because I cannot afford a girl. Everything lady-like I see I want to buy. It's located on the basement of St John's Episcopal Church (across the street from the Shaws). The have ample off street parking and the basement entrance does have stairs. The prices were all very reasonable and every piece they have available is in perfect condition and season appropriate. They accept cash (check and cards are also accepted for purchase over $20). I was able to purchase nearly $75 of clothing and accessories for $26 and the money goes right back to the sellers and the community. Please support this consignment shop and the team of women of who run and sell the items.

i just cant hold this in... i took 16 items to encore mid nov 2025... went bk in dec.. actually…read morepurchased a sweater xmas print wrap... they wer closed the month of Jan 2026 went in Feb...not one of my items were there... said i dont have a check.... then she said items after 60 days they own... i said its only been 30 days where did the clothes go? she then said well sometimes people do take things... wow .... i gave encore very good items some not even worn...then rec: a call said you did sell one item but under 10$ you dont get a check... i said i feel your way of consigning is very unorganized... post notes a box of index cards .. all the elder volunteers are sweet but no one has or had a clue ..about my clothes...its more like a Bingo hall... i agree with Katie very outdated i felt like i was in the twilight Zone...all useless excuses...my clothes just disappeared!!! lesson learned... next time i will just donate to my church.
