We scheduled for a week when we were on vacation. I returned Sunday to this pristine driveway. It was immaculate. I walked the whole thing. They trimmed the grass around the edges, moved 2 potted plants that I forgot about and came in very close to the estimate. Shawn stopped back and went over everything in person. I couldn't be more pleased. I was out mowing the yard 2 days later and had a couple stop to check it out saying that they drove past when it was being coated and came back to see the finished product. We were lucky to be able to schedule them to address our top priorities. The team books up pretty fast. They were kind and professional. Paul took me to a few shops and we picked out tiles and hardware. He is very knowledgable about style and was helpful with helping me balance the cost. The team got to work on demolition right away, while waiting for the items to be delivered. No Limits stayed within our budget and cleaned up a corroded valve that leaked into the kitchen. They began work on the bathrooms mid-September and finished early November. We were staying in our apartment so we weren't in a big rush. I was consulted on paint colors and tile placements. The team put in a lot of thought on how to arrange the master bathroom features, given the size. We are impressed with this team and very pleased with the final look. It's a bit of luxury for us. We hope to work with No Limits again in the future.

Last fall we finally got around to getting our driveway removed and replaced. The quotes and the neighbors' satisfaction with the companies were similar, but Gator's outstanding customer service really set them apart! The communication was fantastic every step of the process from Diane in the office, Chris the owner, and the super nice crew. We also were impressed that the owner didn't try to get us to widen the driveway until we suggested it ourselves, even though he had thought it would be best if a certain grassy area was filled in with pavement. The crew was so respectful, friendly, polite, and super experienced! Every one of them worked hard to make sure they extended the driveway to the exact spot we wanted, and they were very careful to grade it properly to keep water away from the house as we had requested (since water had been collecting and causing some sinking before). They seemed to take pride in their work and to get a great sense of satisfaction for doing a high-quality job. Since bad weather had postponed the new driveway, the crew even worked the day before Thanksgiving, when many people take the day off. First Choice Chimney Service was wonderful to work with! Our house was having chimney/wood stove…read moreair flow problems and we hired Michael to add an outside air intake. This was to improve efficiency and heat output by helping our older wood stove achieve optional combustion temperatures. We also wanted to avoid an issue where soot had blasted through any crevice in the stove twice when oxygen level shifted quickly (at least that is what I think was the issue; I am no expert). This outside air intake would also help oxygen not be depleted in the room. It was an unusual request to make because of the type of wood stove we have but we wanted to make the system more functional and Michael installed the intake. He did good work the first day but I wanted to comment on his helpfulness the second day he came over. After the install of the air intake, the downstairs of our house was very cold because outside air was streaming through those same crevices that soot got through. Michael came back quickly after we called to add special insulation where he could on the stove and around the pipe/tubing leading outside. He made sure everything was sealed extra well and also put in a sort of switch thing to open and close the tubing when needed. This cold air coming in was not Michael's fault; it was because of the kind of non-pedestal older wood stove we have. I don't think any of us realized how many crevices there were that air would seep through. We are grateful that Michael came back to do these extra steps and fix our system at no extra charge. It was obvious he wanted to make sure we were happy with the work overall, and we are. We would hire him again and probably will if we have future issues or want to install a new stove one day!
