There was a time during which my husband and I lived on Home; we'd order it for delivery 5-6 times a week. He would rotate between different flavours, the pad Thai, the jungle curry; everything is good. I confess though, I am a spicy 3s addict, and find it hard to order anything else. When extra hungry we'd order a side portion of vegetable spring rolls. Sometimes we'd get sent some vegan 'prawn' crackers too. The vegan chick'n is made from chickpeas, though tastes nothing like it. The texture is perfect, the sauces are all well-balanced and home made. The vegetables are never over cooked. The 3s and several other dishes come with brown rice. I've eaten in the Boxpark before, though I'd recommend avoiding the weekend/evening as it can be loud and crowded. My only issue with Home is its name--it's near impossible to Google/Yelp a place called Home.

The menu is simple: you choose the sauce (chili, garlic, green curry, red curry, black bean, etc), the protein (salmon, chicken, beef, tofu, etc.) and the starch (rice or noodles). For less than a 5er you a steaming plate of goodness that is made fresh in front of you. They will even serve you on plates to eat on picnic tables nearby. I love that the chili sauce is actually spicy, the Tom Yum soup has terrifically fresh veggies and even if there is a line your food will be ready in under 5 minutes. The Laughing Buddha is only open on weekdays from 11:30 - 2:30, at which point it is boarded up and left as a best kept secret until lunch the next day.
