We were on a budget of $60,000 or less, hoping to qualify for an FHA loan, and try to have a monthly payment around $400. I knew that it wasn't likely that we would have all 3, but I was giving the sales manager an idea of what we were working with personally. He advised me that he was going to find more information for me and see what they had that would fit into our budget and he would call me back in 30 minutes. 4 days later, I still had heard nothing, so I called back and left a message for him to please call me. Still never heard anything and that was over a week ago. Apparently they are doing so well that they can pick and choose who to sell too. Still pissed off about it.

The owner of Co., Jon promised that he would service the equipment. I need the water purifier serviced and he has ignored all of my messages to call me. Not a good company to hire if you need service. I have called multiple times and never get an answer and am forced to leave messages.
