Attorney Gilbert's Law firm does not return your phone calls, nor does he or staff reply to emails; you actually have to hound them to get at minimum a response. I suggest that if looking for an attorney to handle any legal matters that you do more research and not just go with the closest. Sadly we learned our lesson. Furthermore we demanded our money back and his office delayed a response until he received a legal notice demanding payment. Instead of addressing the issue, Mr. Gilbert drafted a generic letter challenging the wording of the demand instead of challenging the issue. This is just my experience, but at least consider yourself warned if something goes wrong.
